Whiskey River Saloon

Whiskey River Saloon was such a fun stop during our time in Nashville! From the moment we walked in, the energy was high — great live music, lively crowds, and that classic Broadway honky-tonk vibe you come to Nashville for. We loved how spacious it felt compared to some of the other spots nearby, and the rooftop was a nice bonus for taking a breather while still enjoying the atmosphere. The drinks were strong and well made (perfect after a long day on Broadway!), and the music kept everyone dancing and smiling. My favorite part was just soaking it all in — talented musicians, great vibes, and that true Music City energy. It’s definitely more of a party spot than a quiet bar, but if you’re looking to let loose, enjoy live music, and have a great time with friends, Whiskey River definitely delivers. Would absolutely stop back again next time I’m in Nashville!

Stopped into try out the rooftop bar. What they lacked in orated whiskey such as laphrogue was made up by the AMAZING service we received from Harper. The food was great too (and I hadn’t had anything alcoholic drinks- so my opinion is not colored!) Tge view from the rooftop was also great! Stop in and ask to have Harper wait on you!

Everyone here was amazing, from the front door person who told us about the scavenger hunt to the talent on stage! Drinks were great, the crowd was fun and friendly. And we won a goodie bag!

Tuesday Lunch - stepped off the Trolley and into the restaurant. Went upstairs to the rooftop bar for lunch. Great decorations, good food, friendly server. We were the only people in the restaurant. Music was too loud. Downstairs had live music. #Recommended #VickieTravelz

I'm a local, I enjoy WR for my unwind spot for great music!! I like the layout, drinks and food always on par, and it's always clean here!!! I always recommend this spot!!

Dropped into this Broadway honky-tonk (111 Broadway) for a smooth pour of Stagg Jr., bold, caramel-rich bourbon that warmed the soul just right. The live country music cranked up the energy, mechanical bull in the background, and a rooftop view begging for a good time. Crowded but electric, pure Nashville buzz. Great bourbon whiskey selection and tunes on point!

Great location, my new favorite place in Nashville ❣️ Great country music, fun acts that interact with the crowd without begging for money for a popular song... boring tactic...can you please play good country? We will gladly buy drinks, tip the waitress and the act!
