Customer Reviews
Vanity Restaurant, Nightclub and Entertainment Venue has a rating of 3.5 out of 5 based on over 95 reviews on Google
I came across Vanity's Happy hour during a break in between classes! I was looking for a quick bite and maybe a sip at a decent price. The bar manager was friendly and helpful. We decided to try the Flight of wings and the Chorizo stuffed mushrooms! The wings were I think 6 different flavors all great! Chicken was perfectly fried! The creamy cucumber blue cheese dip was out of this world! That is one great recipe! I returned the next week to some changes! The great drink specials were over much to my dismay! Yet I was enthused to find out they changes their menu. I mean it was good before but it is excellent now! New food options and quite different apps which is wonderful!! I will be back soon to give my reviews on the menu changes and the food!! I was also told by the awesome bartender they are changing their name as well to Temple 144! The place is just beautiful inside!! The club side is the bomb!! Clean bathrooms, clean bar and great staff!! Big shout out to the Chefs you are the freakin best! Great job on the new menu!
Vanity had the best food, service, and music all in 1. Food was 100% good & came fast. Ariel showed amazing service and was respectful whilst patient! Vanity restaurant lounge is recommended.
Best time of my life @ariel is d best <3. birthday was spectacular
I went with a group of people on Saturday the 26th of October and I will NEVER go back to this place ever again and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was physically assaulted by one of the bouncers for asking a singular question as to why my brother and his girlfriend had to pay an extra $40 after we already paid for the wristbands for the bar crawl. The bouncer then grabbed my friend’s wrist to stamp her arm so aggressively and I told him not to grab her like that and that’s when he grabbed me and threw me to the ground. My friend was also picked up and thrown out the entrance causing her to fall on her hip and get bruises on her arms. When she thought one of the female bouncers would help her she pushed her right back down. A man should never ever put hands on woman like that. NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone!!! A photo is posted below of the bruise pf my arm.
Very rude bartender, yelled at my friends and I after we gave him a few drinks we wanted and he couldn't remember it all, then when I went to tip him he threw the cash in my face and said too keep it because he thought the tip was "too low" apparently. Then went to over charge me first saying it was $56, then the receipt said $66, and now looking at the charge on my statement which says $80, even after I wrote a $0 tip on the receipt. Really discouraging experience as a first timer at this club and just wanted a fun night out with my friends.
I don't remember, which tells me I had a great time.
As a nightclub this place is not ideal. I can’t speak to it’s merits as a restaurant. But as a nightclub it wasn’t good. They tried their best but fell short. Music was not good, the service was OK, for some reason their ATM reader thinks you’re making fraudulent purchases which just delays purchases, even though I didn't have the same issue at other places across the street. I spent a good amount of money at this venue in one night and it was easily one of the worst nights I’ve had in a while. I liked the people who worked there and they really tried to accommodate my group, and were always respectful and understanding, but for whatever reason whether it was management or just this night in particular I had a disappointing time.
