I been going to this location for long time and all the stuff members have been treated me with respect and very polite also the manager it is nice and pleasant the best service a lot better of san jose

Newark PnP is the nirvana of Bay Area junkyards. It is so massive...where else are you going to find a wrecked limo?! Wasn't even looking for one but that's just awesome.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience today was very disappointing. First, I want to say the lady at the reception was very kind, respectful, and helpful — she deserves appreciation for her good attitude. But the manager I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I drove almost 50 miles to come here, and when I arrived, I simply asked about a specific car and whether certain parts were available. Instead of checking for me or giving me any information, he told me I had to pay first before he would even look. He made it clear he wouldn’t check anything unless I paid upfront, basically telling me it’s "my luck" if the parts are there or not. I’ve never had a manager talk to me like that. His attitude felt disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way — especially after driving a long distance. Very disappointed with the management here.

This was an enjoyable experience! They had decent inventory, and kept things categorized and documented well. $3 admission fee was reasonable. They would increase their business 10 fold if they had more trucks and SUVs, but it is good enough. Slim pickings for Ford trucks.

Very,very bad customer service and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They said when I asked for a manager he said they are going to say the same thing . The sad part is the person helping me was the same person that helped me the day before when I purchased the rim. So needless to say I never was able to talk to a manager nor did they honor my return. I just wanted to exchange for the right rim but they said its not there problem!!!!!!!! So i am calling better business bureau to let them know how pick and pull newark treats there customers!!!!! There rating is 3.8 and alot of unhappy customers!!!!!

This PICK-N-PULL is located in Fremont, CA 94560…. Near the ocean… The people working in this location are really nice and helpful… It is great place to find parts for your car…

The policy of some part sales doesn’t make sense. Charging me $8.50 for a horn seems reasonable when horns come in a pair to function. $21 out the door is more expensive than a new part online. BS.
