Haynes Furniture

I bought this chair a year ago at the Virginia Beach store and I wanted another and they were super helpful finding me the matching one in the Newport News store! I bought the floor model and I am so happy to have 2 of them! Thanks for all your help!

The young gentleman who assisted me was very professional and most helpful in making my purchase. I can't say the same for the other sales associates. Initially I wasn't sure the store was even open as it looked dark and there were very few cars in the lot. I entered and saw two employees talking and it looked like they were setting up a display. They both looked right at me and didn't even speak! No hello, welcome to the store, how can we assist you....nothing. I continue looking around and saw two more employees at a kiosk. They also looked right at me and didn't acknowledge my presence. At that point I was headed for the door when the nice young man approached me. He saved that sale for your company because I was on my way out the door not to return. I had already chosen a few options online and knew exactly what I wanted so the transaction was simple. I purchased a bed and mattress. I and my family have shopped at Haynes for decades and have never been treated like this. I don't understand that attitude. I shouldn't have to ever go out of my way to engage employees where I'm going to spend my money. Earlier that day I recommended this store . I hope they weren't treated the way I was!

Very happy with our new sofa. We found our sofa for a great price and we were able to take it home with us. No waiting for delivery or waiting to enjoy it. Very happy with our experience with Haynes.

My Sr. Bedding Specialist, Jonathan Goodman, was amazing! One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, thorough, listened to what I was looking for and wasted no time delivering. He provided exemplary customer service. If you are looking for a new mattress, he is your guy!

From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed! Thomas Williams was the best sales consultant I ever had. He took time to answer all of my questions and never pressured me to purchase anything! He went above and beyond showing me all the features of the luxury sofas and giving me great advice! I ended up with some great deals and management was very nice as well! I spent a good amount but what I saved was more than I can imagine! I’ll definitely be back to purchase more furniture! Thomas deserves a raise!

Jonathan was exactly what we wanted. He came to us, introduced himself. Answered some questions, gave us some information and let us be. We were comfortably able to look and try things out without being on top of us. We didn't feel pressured. If we had more questions he was available to us. We were able to choose exactly what we wanted. He was a Great employee !!!
