Recently purchased a non-reclining sofa (who knew the masters of the recliner made them too?) from La-Z-Boy in Newport News. What a great experience! There was absolutely no pressure—only patience and help—throughout the process. Michael was superb in helping us make the right choices, from the sofa model itself to the fabric to the pillows. Once we made the purchase, La-Z-Boy kept us informed of the process of manufacturing, inspecting, and shipping the sofa. And delivery was flawless. We love our new sofa, and other than, you know, paying for it (it was a very reasonable price, by the way), the whole process was painless. We’re very happy with La-Z-Boy.

We are thrilled with purchase of theatre seating w power feature. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, well padded and the power feature allows us to modify the tilt and recline angles to our liking. The construction is solid; very well made. Love the two storage compartments . The fabric is as close to real leather as you can get in look and feel. We were sold on Lazy Boy after two sets of friends had purchased products. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend.

We met with Michael and he did an excellent job of showing us the options available. I needed a recliner to help in recovery from knee surgery. We bought a medium all power seat, and that has enabled me to sleep and rest for over two months. I would recommend Laz-e-Boy recliners for anyone, and ask for Michael too!!

Love my new furniture. The designer was a huge help and the delivery guys were wonderful. Everything went smoothly I only wish I had gotten the upgraded cushioning on the recliner I bought last year. Highly recommend that.

I purchased living room furniture from La-Z-Boy Newport News several years ago. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The designer was amazing! As far as the furniture, I have been pleased with the quality and fabrics thus far. I would recommend spending the extra money for an extended warranty because life happens. I did purchase the extra cushioning in the seat cushions and very glad that I did. Very comfy. Love their 30% OFF advertised sales!
