I tried to post this review a few days ago but now I can’t find it so I’m guessing it never fully submitted. I took my car here for an oil change on 1/17/26 at 10:45AM. By 5PM I was smelling oil from my hood. I popped the hood and discovered the cap was never placed back on. (The cap was located where it’s circled in the picture). Oil had spit up onto the inside of my hood. After checking the oil level, it was a little over a quart low. Had to go buy oil and fill it. Thankful nothing bad happened while driving around with almost no oil after an oil change!

Joshua Tyson did a great job walking me through my trade-in process and explaining everything clearly, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out was GM Brison Chu, who personally stepped in to make sure the deal was handled correctly and that everything was done the right way. That level of leadership and customer care makes a huge difference. Immediately I was paired with a salesman for my jeep request. They brought a beautiful blue one they knew I wouldn't say no to. The whole team has helped us out with questions and are working to follow up on an ongoing issue. As soon as I come in they help me out. So was this a perfect experience? No, but the team showed us nothing but kindness and courtesy so I can't complain. She's my dream jeep

I had an excellent experience at the Newport News Southern Dodge Jeep Ram thanks to Josh, the Service Manager. I brought in my 2024 Dodge Hornet, and Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and in a timely manner. He was professional, communicative, and truly cared about getting me back on the road. It was a relief to finally get my Hornet fixed and have someone very professional in service. It was 10 fold better than my previous experiences with another SDJR location. I will continue to return and get service on my vehicle at the location.
