I really wanted to love the piece I ordered. Shipping was fast, and the wood quality itself is beautiful — solid, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for in terms of craftsmanship. I purchased this ashtray specifically to be engraved as a meaningful Christmas gift. The personalization was the entire purpose of the order. Unfortunately, the engraving was noticeably off-center. It was a large "G" with "Guerrero," and because of the placement, the finished product didn’t look as polished as I had expected. For a custom gift, alignment matters — it’s what elevates it from a nice item to a special one. I reached out to customer service and offered to return the ashtray so it could be redone with corrected placement. I was told the engraving appears this way on their website and that the only option available was a coupon for a future purchase. I appreciate the response, but it was disappointing since I was simply hoping to have this particular gift corrected. I truly value supporting small businesses, and the base product itself is great quality. I just wish the attention to detail on the engraving matched the quality of the wood — especially for a personalized item. Hopefully this feedback helps future buyers make an informed decision.

After spending significant time searching for the perfect Christmas gift for my best friend and her husband, I discovered Home Wet Bar. I I purchasedI a hardwood charcuterie board, cheese knives, and the snack variety. My friend received the board but none of the accompanying items. In addition, the charcuterie board engraving is illegible! I contacted customer service and received a reply, thanking me for my purchase. Update- additional items arrived and the recipient is delighted. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I will be ordering from this business again.

Update: HomeWetBar reached out and issued a full refund, which I appreciate. My personalized order did not arrive with a clean or professional finish. There is noticeable light discoloration on one area of the initial. I was told this was due to the leather material; however, the exact same area of the letter is lighter on the personalized box included with the order, which strongly suggests a printing issue rather than a material flaw. Additionally, another item in my order appeared to have incomplete printing, as if the process was started but not fully finished. After multiple exchanges with customer service, I was only offered a 30% discount, despite the fact that the item is not giftable and does not meet quality expectations. This purchase was intended as a gift, and I ultimately feel my money was wasted. Based on my experience, I would not recommend HomeWetBar.

So I did an online order through Amazon, then was logged out so I am unable to tell people on there how AMAZING this company is. I bought my dad one of y’all’s pocket knives for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. I thought maybe since it was home made it wouldn’t look as clean, but it looks so professionally done and neat. The fact that it was handmade just made it so much more special. He also loved the lock for protection on the knife, and the engravment of his birthday as well. They even went as far as leaving a little note in the box thanking us for supporting their small business. It felt very personally made with care and heart. Will most definitely be buying from you guys again. See ya on Father’s Day!!! ❤️

I ordered a set of four engraved whiskey glasses. When they arrived, one glass had a small chip near the rim, and I reported this to the company. I got a quick response, and received a replacement for the chipped glass promptly! No hassel, just excellent customer service!!

I originally placed my order on 11/21/24 with the hope of giving the custom decanter and glass set to my shift as Christmas gifts. The first box arrived completely shattered. The glasses had just been placed in the box with virtually no packaging and not individuall boxed. The second box arrived with better packaging and only a few shattered items. The third box (replacements) arrived with only one shattered glass. The finished decanters and glasses are nice, however, I don't expect to order again and won't recommend them to fellow Officers or departments. I am still waiting on one final replacement glass. The only shining light in this experience has been Crystal who has been responsive and assisted with replacements. I finally received most of the replacements at the end of December and now just need one final glass as of 1/14/25.

The original set I received was fantastic!! Unfortunately one of the glasses arrived damaged due to shipping. However HWB was incredibly quick and efficient sending me a replacement! The quality is top notch. The look and feel are genuine. And I will be ordering more gifts down the road. Thanks again team!
