From walking in to the store, working with Brian our sales person to delivery, it’s an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! No pushy sales person and super professional, detailed delivery people (Marco and Gabriel). I always thought Mathis Bros had pushy sales people and were over priced. That has changed in last 5 years! We shopped all the other furniture stores before coming to Mathis Bros in Ontario. Found exactly what we wanted and at competitive price! Delivery was fast - the team showed up an hour early! Marco and Gabriel were professional and polite. They carefully and meticulously took my old table apart and moved it to garage with SO MUCH care! They had the furniture we ordered all put together and brought it in carefully! Marco even put felt pads on the table feet! Just LOVE our new dining table, chairs and counter chairs! Just hope our rug comes quickly. It was back ordered.

Mathis Home in Ontario made furniture shopping easy. The showroom is huge, well-organized, and full of styles for every budget. The staff were helpful without being pushy, answered all my questions, and gave me space to look around. Delivery was fast, the furniture arrived in perfect condition, and the quality is exactly what I hoped for. A great experience from start to finish—highly recommended.

Hello I don't always leave reviews. When I do it is because a person or a service absolutely stands out in my mind. In this situation it would have to be Anthony at Mathis Brothers in Ontario. Anthony , is absolutely positively an awesome sales technician. I was at Mathis Brothers approximately 20 years ago and I purchased a mattress in their clearance Department it was a Stearns & Foster Estate Luxury model, that mattress lasted me 20 years LOL Well, it was time for a new one ,so I made the trip from Anaheim to Ontario and that is where I met Anthony. To be very honest with you I did my research I knew exactly what it was that I wanted and ,, I also know exactly what it was that I didn't want. ! I thought that I had all the information and I was a very informed consumer, that is until I met Anthony. Anthony explained to me and my husband the pros and cons of the mattresses that I was looking at. I'm not going to be bashful in making this statement, I will say that my husband and I are on the larger size, that is very important when considering a mattress and how well it is going to hold up to two substantial adults and TWO ROTTWEILERS !! Anthony, listened to all of my concerns and most importantly he listen to my price point. I feel very happy with mattress that we ended up selecting and we also ended up getting an adjustable frame. The electric one , I don't know exactly what it's called other than a power adjustable bed frame. I spent a tiny bit more and when I say a tiny bit more, I'm talking about maybe 350.00 but I feel I got so much more not only in the mattress but heck I'm getting an adjustable power bed frame to boot! AND FREE DELIVERY, ALL THE WAY TO ANAHEIM, WHO CAN BEAT THIS ! On another note I got to say I did shop around. I went to Mattress Firm I went to Costco, I did the regular stuff that a person does when they're looking for a mattress. You know, when you think about it you spend about 30% of your life in bed whether or not you are watching TV or sleeping or well you know LOL you want your bed to be comfortable. Buying a new mattress is an extremely expensive experience, my goodness I saw a mattresses and bed frame that was $16,000 thank God I was laying down on it when I told how much it was, otherwise I probably would have fallen over !! So the end of the story cuz I know I've gone on quite a bit is Anthony educated me about materials combustibility and where things are made and how the mattress breathes and all this other stuff and I'm really really happy and I feel that I made a great decision even the next day I don't feel any regrets I cannot wait for it to come on Thursday. So I say, if you're going to get a mattress go ahead and do your research and then go to Mathis Brothers and ask for Anthony.

We worked with Charles Franklin at the Ontario store. I cannot say enough good things! We needed a recliner for my elderly mother. Charles was so patient with the process and took the time to understand her wish list. After trying A LOT of recliners, we found the perfect one! She is SUPER happy with the new chair and we are so thankful that Charles took the time to find her the perfect one!

Jacob was very helpful. Not pushy. Very professional and informative with the information he gave us. He helped us customize the perfect couch for our home. Thanks Jacob! We wilt definitely come back and ask for you again.
