Lots of different clothing and bag options. Had clothes for kids and adults. Clean bathrooms on the left side of the store as well as some fitting rooms. Good handicap parking right in front of the store. Workers were very helpful and friendly

This is the worst location ever!! They have 8 registers and they only use 3 no matter what! The customer line goes all the way to the back of the store and no sense of urgency 😡 a 10 minute trip turns into a 2 hour wait. It’s always chaotic!

I was reminded why I haven't shopped here in over 12 years. Its more horrible than I remember. The store is in absolute disarray. Dirty and unorganized to say the least. The manager and main supervisor chased us down after their checkout failed to remove an alarm on a pair of shoes. We turned around and the to go back with our receipt and were treated horribly even after proving we paid for the shoes. The manager gave a look of surprise that we actually paid for the item and then had the audacity to ask if they solved our issue. You mean YOUR MISTAKE? Will never be back. Disgusting treatment by management! No apology at all.

Orem store is so dirty and items all over floor. Managers just standing and talking while lines back up and do not help cashiers. Watched 2 managers mistreat customers last night as they were exiting the store and cashier didn't remove the alarm on an item. Customers came back in and were treated so poorly by your 2 managers. It was embarrassing to watch. Right our there in front of everyone to hear and see you have these type of managers? I was so upset for these people and they proved they paid for their item and needed the alarm removed but were still treated so poorly like they were the problem. Will not be returning this store.

Your cashiers are slow. I don't understand why you have nine registers when you ALWAYS have 1 or 2 open. Service was really slow today. The only cashier without a doubt that is fast and quick is Rapunzel. That employee service is top notch. She is quick, fast, and efficient. You need to hire more people like her. Hire more people or raise your wages to attract competent workers.

Whoever your 2 managers were on Dec 20th, 2025 are absolutely horrible. One bigger tall lady and one short strawberry blonde. They treat customers terribly! Store is filthy too. Will not be back because of these managers

There are things that sell in this place that are used, when you report it to the supervisors they are totally grsoseras. No possibility of good customer service. I don't recommend. The cashier was very kind! I can't say the same about the supervision.
