RC Willey

The salesman was very patient with us as we were trying to decide on which range that we wanted to purchase. Our new range was delivered today. The delivery went well- they came in set up the new range and took out the old. Would recommend RC Willey to purchase appliances. Can't wait to try our new range!!

Shopping at RC Wiley during busy XMas this year is very pleasing when a knowledgeable salesman approaches me right away and help me and my wife choose what we needed. He even asked his manager for discount which he approved. The delivery came earlier than scheduled. Delivery guys called ahead of time and notified us of their arrival time. They respected our property when they in.

We recently moved in to our new home and purchased several appliances. Today they brought a new refrigerator. We couldn’t find where the water valve was to shut off the main water line. They had to leave without installing the refrigerator. We were disappointed but soon after they left we learned how to turn the water off. We called RC Willey and got in touch with our sales rep Easton and he helped us reach out to the delivery guys, who came back and installed our fridge the same day! Thank you for your extra effort in our behalf!!

Julie was amazing to work with. She made the whole process of buying a kids bed set easy, smooth, and actually fun. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the perfect setup without any pressure. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Julie absolutely nailed it. My kid loves the new bed and the whole experience was fantastic. If you’re shopping at RC Willey in Provo, definitely ask for Julie she’s awesome!

We received amazing service on the sales floor from Julie. She was so patient as we "tried on" nearly every couch set! The delivery was also amazing! They arrived right when predicted! They were so fast, efficient & friendly. I must admit, I was in awe when one of the delivery guys lifted the couch OVER HIS HEAD! Entertainment and new furniture!

We were SO excited to have Keith in the Orem store help us select a mattress perfect for our back issues! We could immediately feel the difference with the particular type he showed us, even compared to other models. He was great also at arranging delivery when we needed. And the delivery service couldn't have been better. We have been thrilled with every part of our experience!

I recently had a great experience purchasing a refrigerator from RC Willey. After checking six different stores, I found the best sale price elsewhere, but the delivery dates were much further out. When I went to RC Willey and asked about price matching, they not only matched the price—they also offered a very reasonably priced five-year warranty. In the end, I received the fridge, delivery, installation, haul-away, and the warranty for about the same price I would have paid elsewhere for just the refrigerator/installation/haul away but no warranty. And I was able to get it so much faster than I would’ve at all the other stores. I was extremely impressed with their level of service and value. I highly recommend RC Willey and the sales rep who helped me!
