The team of gentlemen who delivered my couch, timed it just perfectly to arrive between downpours. I wasn’t expecting them to actually carry the couch and place it in my home but they did and they did it fast. Extremely professional and very considerate of keeping everything clean and using gloves and making sure their shoes weren’t dirty. Absolute great group of guys that came and delivered this the product now top of the line 5 stars out of five. I’m going nowhere else when I buy my furniture in South Florida. I love it and this is a great addition to my home

We had a great sales experience at Baer’s Furniture Store at Pembroke Pines. The furniture quality and options of material choices was great. We were attended by Ricco and Jeffrey which know and explain very well the techniques and detail of the furniture we selected. Baer’s is a different kind of furniture store which we highly recommend.

The delivery team did a great job with setting and cleaning up. I love my new couch and love seat.

From the moment I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Darlene right up until today with Willy as my delivery person I give them 5 stars!! The actually are 10 star associates. Darlene with her patience and gentle presence made this large purchase easy. And Willy. The communication about my delivery and his professional manner I would hire him in a heartbeat. The king bed looks beautiful! The salesperson was able to honor a sale price that was expired. That made up for the delivery and set up fee which was non-negotiable. The delivery went great! They were cordial, on time and communicative. I am very pleased with the product.

Lorraine was amazing! Greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. Asked what l was looking for and proceeded in showing me the items and answered all my questions with professionalism and knowledge. Her patience with my indecisiveness was remarkable.
