I went there at 7:30PM. I was interested in hopefully buying a watch. The employee present ignored me entirely and was too busy accommodating two rich looking people. I asked nicely many times if I could get some assistance but the employee completely ignored me and when she finally answered she said that someone else would be there to assist me and that it is not her area. Clearly the employee wanted to judge based off looks and what she thought was good. The behavior and customer service was horrible.

My wife went here for some headphones for our daughter. They had the doors closed at 9:25pm. She got in because someone came out. Do better. Photo taken at 9:59 my wife was already inside for 4 minutes.

Valentina attended me in the jewelry section, and she was extremely nice and helpful! She took her time assisting me, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made my shopping experience so pleasant. Definitely appreciate her great customer service!

I had a great experience here! The staff her name was valentina made waiting in line surprisingly enjoyable — they were friendly, kept things moving, and made sure everyone was taken care of. More than 25 people in line and only 3 people at the registers. Waiting times in the lines range from 20-25 minutes. Every time I have come here in the last month, it’s the same. Prioritize customers who actually want to spend money here. ✔️

Great store, yet they need a self-checkout and an Express line for customers with five items or less. Even though they have seven cashiers working, the volume of customers is overwhelming. Very long wait and customers extended the line pass the clothing racks. Get with the 21st Century.
