We had two swivel chairs that were in relatively good shape but we wanted them to be reupholstered with a new fabric and color scheme. We found Roberto’s Sofa Factory online and the stellar reviews sealed the deal. And as you can see (with the before and after), he and his crew did an exceptional job! We could not be happier with the high level of craftsmanship, the fair cost and the reasonable turn around time. Take your furniture here! You will be very happy with the result.

I've used Roberto's now for two differnt projects and I will never.go anywhere else. I had an overstuffed chair with stuffing on the back and an ottoman done and I loved their work so much I just has three cushions that make up a windows eat in my living room re done. Both times I found Roberto's to be professional, helpful and able to do exceptional work and produce a beautiful product. For the chair and ottoman I brought in my own fabric which they told me how much I needed to buy. For my bay window cushions, I choose from the many rolls of fabric they had there. They also have fabrics you can order. Both times my jobs where done in a very timely manner, both completed before the estimated date given. My window seat cushions were done in 2 days!!! Just got our sofa back. They did a great job! Great people to work with from the very beginning to the end.

Robert did an AMAZING job with our vintage chairs. They were old and worn out, but Robert made them like new. Helped us pick out the perfect fabric, fixed some defects in the wood, put in new foam, even polished the wood and sewed the original label into the new cushions for us. He estimated 4-6 weeks, we got the chairs back in 5 weeks. Fair prices, great work. Will defintely be back.

We needed the backs of a few of the recliners on our sectional restuffed, we priced a few places and Roberto’s had great reviews and was the cheapest. We dropped them off Thursday and they were finished Tuesday afternoon. They are like new we were very pleased. The only thing we didn’t love was the location it’s hard to get around there with the railroad right there and not in the best area of town. But like I said they did very good work for a fair price. I’d still use them in the future.

Amazing place, they upholstered a secondhand office chair for me a couple months ago and it's held up wonderfully and looks brand new. Extremely reasonable price for the work, absolutely give these guys a call if you're in need of any upholstery.

I simply cannot recommend this family owned business highly enough! My experience with Roberto and his son, Javier, was outstanding. I have never reupholstered anything before, and from my first inquiry through the delivery of the two pieces I had done, I was impressed by their communication and the customer service I received. Roberto and Javier walked me through every step of the process - from choosing fabrics to picking up and dropping off my two chairs to the timeline to dropping of the finished furniture. They have a wide range of fabrics to choose from at their shop, and if you can’t find exactly what you want there, they will help point you in the direction of other places to look for and get fabric. It was clear to me from the start that they wanted me to be excited about the new look I was choosing for my furniture. Once I had my fabrics decided on, they picked up my chairs and returned it to me in under three weeks over the holidays and shortly after moving locations of their shop. I can only imagine how busy a time this was for them. I was amazed by how smoothly everything went. (They literally picked the pieces up Thanksgiving week and had them back to me in time for a friend’s visit to my place 2.5 weeks later!) While communication and ease of process are important, when you are talking about reupholstering furniture, the final product is the main thing you want to be great…. I am happy to share that Roberto did an AMAZING with the work. He is a true craftsman/artist. The chairs looked brand new when they were returned, and I liked them better than I had when I first got them. Every detail of the furniture was handled with care, and I am delighted with the way they turned out!! I asked him to re-stuff the cushion on the larger chair (Javier talked me through the different levels of firmness), and it is more comfortable now than it ever was. It is used constantly, as a main piece in the living room, and everyone comments on how great it looks and how comfortable it is to sit in. Don’t just take my word for it: I am including pictures of both of the chairs with this review, so you can see for yourself his beautiful work. My understanding is that Roberto’s father started their family business…clearly extraordinary talent runs deeply in their family.
