Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place for your car. The service from the person in the photo was terrible, and the price was awful. I paid $25 for what I thought would be a spotless car, but it wasn't. They limit the vacuuming to 10 minutes, which was really bad. It was a terrible experience. If you want to go through the same thing, stay away from here. Clear Water is much better.😔

This location always does a great job! At most I’ve waited 30-40mins for a detailed interior clean, they’re very quick. Maria at the pay counter always has such a great energy & is very informative. This location also has great deals & membership prices. Been coming here for a couple years now.

Love this carwash Is great good staff and manager specially Tracy and Ivan, hard workers!! Cannot say the same for Maria she does not have a nice attitude and 0 professional but everyone else is a 10/10!!

I had an outstanding experience at Carnation Auto Spa on W. Park Blvd in Plano. Cesar did an amazing job detailing my white Tesla Model 3 — the car looks absolutely flawless inside and out. He went above and beyond, carefully cleaning and detailing even the brake caliper caps and checking all the fine exterior details. You can tell he truly cares about quality and takes great pride in his work. If you want your car to look better than new, I highly recommend asking for Cesar. Exceptional service and attention to detail! 👏🚗✨ My tip: If you have membership, you will get a great discount for detailing! Muchas gracias Cesar!

my favorite car wash place! I subscribe to their monthly membership! I love the membership cause it’s super convenient- can get my car washed at any of their locations as often as I want for a flat fee, easy to budget for. This location is my favorite because the gentleman who scans me in, Tracey, is super sweet. The 1/2 off professional interior cleaning if you have the membership is nice too. My car gets a consistent clean, it’s normally fast, and the customer service is pleasant. Only wish was that they had the colorful soap some of the other locations have (love that, idk why, totally not necessary just fun) and that they pushed my mirrors in like some of their other locations do. However the size of the facility, the convenience of the location, and the friendly service from Tracy are far more important than colorful soap. Met the general manager Ivan, he seems like a cool guy! Invested in a pleasant customer experience. There’s a cute lounge with free coffee and snacks while you wait for your interior to get detailed too! I’ve never had any issues, just consistent, pleasant, and shiny.

Always nice to visit Carnation Plano! Maria is always there with a big welcoming smile and asking how are you today! Excellent customer service! The wash process is easy and the great vacuums and drying/ cleaning cloths are a plus! Highly recommend this location!
