I love crate and barrel! I have been refurnishing my home and my process with C&B has been nothing short of AMAZING! Nora has been absolutely exceptional (and patient) 🥹 with me throughout this entire process. Her communication at ALL hours is something I never experience at this level anywhere else. The team here never fails to impress me with the customer service, Dani (Manager) deserves all the recognition she could get as well. They have truly made me feel like family - this process could have been stressful but they have managed to make it fun and smooth. Highly recommend!
Nora helped us shop for furniture at Crate & Barrel for our new home, and she was absolutely wonderful! She is professional, knowledgeable, and very dedicated. She helped us find the perfect match of dining table and chairs, and also offered us a great deal for our purchase. Had a great experience at the store buying a couch. They were very helpful and attentive so I would give the store a 5 star review, however, the main customer service and delivery is horrific. Bought a couch in September and it finally came in and was scheduled to be delivered between 11-1 on March 3. We made arrangements to be there for the delivery. We received a text confirming the couch was on the truck and out for delivery. Then at 12:45 received a text that they were 20 minutes away. At 1:45 with still no delivery, we received a text that said "unable to deliver". I called the 800 number and an hour and 15 minutes and 3 people later, I finally spoke to someone that called the warehouse. She informed me the driver tried to deliver and nobody was home, which is impossible because we were there the whole time and have the Ring video to prove nobody ever showed up. We were then promised it would be on the truck to our house the first thing the next morning. When we called the warehouse to find out an approximate ETA, we were told, "sorry our trucks have already left, it will be tomorrow now" If I could give the customer service and warehouse a rating it would be a negative 20. They didn't seem to care that it was their mistake and didn't care to do anything to make it right. They either lie to you or have the most disorganized system ever.
I had an amazing experience working with Nora at Crate & Barrel! She was very knowledgeable and took the time and effort to design our setup. She blended our dining and living with the perfect color and material combination. Most importantly, like to highlight her after sales support..couple of items arrived a bit damaged and she was immediately onto it working with us over weekends to get them replaced. Top notch!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert guidance and engaging shopping experience!
Very nice modern home store. They have everything from candles and silverware to holiday decorations and furniture. The store is nicely laid out and doesn't feel cluttered or cramped. The staff is also friendly and helpful.
Clean and well organized store with courteous staff. The decorative items and household staffs are so well placed that it’ll catch customer eyes. The quality of the products are high however little pricey. There’s ample parking outside and accessible via the Willow bend mall.
We worked with Nora, she was amazing. We went in on a Saturday where she first took the time to understand our floor plan and layout. Since our apartment is small, she asked us to come back the next day. She then spent the whole day with us, planning everything out, walking us through all our choices, and helping us pick the right fabrics and furniture. Nora explained all the fabrics and performance options really well, and she was patient the entire time. She really took care of us and made sure we ended up with pieces we loved. We’re really satisfied with everything she did for us and so glad we had her as our designer.
