had a wonderful shopping experience at Tory Burch. From the moment I walked in, the store felt welcoming and well organized. A special thank you to Daniala, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave honest suggestions, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

I don't know what is going on at this boutique, but I was very disappointed in my experience today. My husband, son and I dropped in as I wanted to look at a few items. As we walked the store, we were never approached nor greeted - not once - by any of the associates. There were at least 3 - that I saw. As we were walking out, I made the comment to my family that I have never had an experience like this before as I have purchased from this boutique several times. The staff has always been pleasant. My husband and son both said they noticed that when we walked in, one of the associates, who was standing there in the front never greeted us, yet the people who walked in directly behind us, were immediately greeted. I had walked in first, so I never noticed that there were others coming in behind us. The least you can do is greet your customers, not walk by them and avoid making eye contact. (Yes, this happened twice by the same associate) It is very very rare for me to give a 1 star rating, but this time I had to because this was unacceptable. Had there been only one unprofessional associate but the others were courteous, I would have let it slide, but each one that I saw behaved the same way. It was as though we were invisible. You shouldn't pick and choose which customers you want to acknowledge as we are all equal.

The ladies were all so helpful in helping me select the perfect new work bag! Very welcoming and helpful! I had such a hard time deciding, I might need to make another trip! Thank you all so much! Special thanks to Daniela!

This is a beautiful place. Of course new season items are placed as soon as you walk in. The associates are 100% commission and you can tell. They didn’t have larger sizes which most boutiques don’t have. I do like that they allow you to fill out your own data for a purchase. I’ve had issues at other stores where the associate does it and my address has been incorrect. Large selection of wallets and purses.

I am giving this store a 5 star simply because of Deb!! She was so incredibly nice and very helpful with an online exchange I had. Talk about someone who totally gets customer service. Deb is amazing and I hope she continues to be blessed throughout her life!!

Fantastic service and return policy. Came in to shop for my spouse for mother's Day along with my 7-year-old daughter and although the purchases did not work out this time, I did have a good experience and I recommend them with five stars.

I echo the compliments from other reviewers…I LOVE this store and every person that works there! They are so much fun to shop with! Michelle keeps me in the loop with sales, new items, etc. I love the personalized attention! The BEST!
