Highly recommend West Elm in Plano! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you find what you want in your home. Eryn was so helpful- she was patient and immediately understood what I was looking for. She gave advice and suggestions when pieces were out of stock or didn’t fit. She made sure I was taken care of when she left on vacation. Mary Beth was quick and knowledgeable. She spent quite some time with us, coming out to measure at our property and finished up on a busy Saturday to make sure and get everything right. She definitely knows her furniture pieces and doesn’t hesitate to tell you clearly what would work- which I found to be invaluable! Penny the store manager was friendly and helpful with arranging delivery (along with Mary Beth), so we would get our pieces in a timely manner. Eryn. Mary Beth, Penny, Maggie, and all the other associates at this store work seamlessly. You never feel like you are being handed off to someone else. They each help the other to make the customer happy. You can sense that as a customer which makes it a happy place to shop. Don’t miss visiting this store!

I just left the west elm on 7401 windrose avenue, Plano, TX 75024. I was completely displeased with the customer service. First of all, as I browsed for a table I overheard the sales person ask a customer if everything was okay. I was not acknowledged at all. A few minutes later I saw a table I was interested in, I asked the lady arranging the pillows for help and she paged a coworker letting her know we needed help. After a while of no one showing up we finally left. Mind you it wasn’t very busy. While I liked the products I WILL NOT purchase from this particular location as the customer experience is highly lacking for some particular customers.

Snooty and unhelpful staff at registers. However, furniture pickup area staff were although kind and efficient! We purchased additional dining chairs but in the wrong shade and needed to return them, the lady at the register was behaving as if we were interrupting her day when asking for a return. The chairs were only picked up the day before, we politely dropped them off in the back, and everything was properly in the box.

West Elm is a unique twist on home decor. It's more warm and cozy feel of decor. I imagine Seattle or North Dakota feel. The customer service is great. I was asked a few times if I needed help, and I didn't feel the Ora of a pushy sales person:) The prices were reasonable and they had most items in stock. Overall, I enjoyed my visit at West Elm

We haven't purchased yet, but Daibe (so sorry if I'm spelling it incorrectly) was awesome! He gave us a full rundown on the best times to purchase, customizations (which I didn't know we're offered), post purchase holding since I'm moving, and more. After he introduce himself and gave us all the information we definitely needed, he left us to our shopping. We didn't feel badgered or ignored. It was the PERFECT customer service. Thanks so much! Can't wait to get my new living room set.

This store is terrible. The staff are not only unfriendly as they stand around ignoring you, they are downright combative when you do ask them a question. They have no idea what is in their inventory and ask you to pay ridiculous amounts for shipping their product. There are several chips in the piece we purchased even though every part was wrapped in styrofoam. If you're paying a premium price you want to receive a premium product, both in terms of service and quality but this store fails to deliver on either. At least I was about to get the product I wanted in the first place, many reviews mention that it is near impossible to get them to deliver things properly. I will never shop here again and strongly urge you against it as well.

Every time we have visited this location, the staff have been very helpful. Celine, a staff member, went above and beyond to help customers in front of us in line. When it was our turn, she searched the whole store to find what we were looking for. Very satisfied with West Elm products as well.
