HUGE SHOUT OUT!!!! Thank you to the manager on shift last Saturday night! My husband and I were super excited to see the new Avatar movie and were seated in front of about 15 middle schoolers who were extremely disruptive during commercials and the movie. This behavior went on for almost an hour. After several warnings were given by the manger for the kids to calm down they still continue their behavior. It was extremely frustrating! And not something I was willing to deal with for a 3 hour movie. Many others were disturbed by this behavior and I when I approached the manager he took care of the issue right away and made all the kids leave. Thank you to the manager for handling the situation promptly and kindly, you did an amazing job. The movie and my experience watching Avatar was wonderful. I am sure it wasn’t a comfortable situation for you. Anyway, the four stars are for the mangers amazing service that night and showing professionalism. THANK YOU!

1 star for popcorn. If you want anything more go elsewhere. I've sat in 3 different theaters at this location INCLUDING THE PRIME and every one of them had a speaker that was broken in some way. Buzzing loudly the entire showing. Talk about obnoxious! PAYING $20/ticket and being distracted by a loud noise the entire 2 hours really ruins the movie. Gave this AMC 3 chances and every one was highly negative. Should cost $1. The staff has always been so great! Popcorn, drinks etc also great. Never a long line so that's a bonus. Unfortunately I recommend avoiding.

Horrible seating experience. It’s baffling that corporate decided to install recliners that don’t actually recline all the way. Because of the awkward angle, my feet kept falling asleep and I was uncomfortable the entire movie. Now it makes sense why this theater is always empty. I’ll be sticking with Cinemark from now on—my legs are still sore from these seats.

Easy & safe access in & out. Do some shopping and then see a movie‼️ always clean and the staff is phenomenal 🙌🏼✨ I will let you in on a HUGE secret since you read this far....the fresh, hot buttered popcorn 🍿 is worth going for‼️ They also sell Carmel Corn😍, and if you buy the refillable bucket, they will pop a divider in and a 50/50‼️😳 It is made on site, and is unbelievably good‼️ The refill bucket is about $4-5.00, and if you are smart enough to order the 50/50, it's a few $ more, AND so worth it 😍‼️✨It's a wonderful movie theater without being to "precious". Everything you want & need🙌🏼✨🍿🍫🎟

We bought a 6 pack of tickets for "thrills and chills" this was already more than we would have to pay for the same showtime at Cinemark on a Tuesday but we decided it would be worth it for the FNAF 2 bucket. When the day came we followed the instructions on the website for redemption at a local AMC. The staff were incredibly rude and condescending and even said our vouchers were used and no longer valid even though they were opened in the AMC. We ended up needing to use the website anyway and to no one’s surprise the ticket vouchers worked just fine! But guess what the ticket vouchers don’t actually count as a full ticket! You still have to pay the difference! So on top of being treated worse and having worse amenities then cinemark we had to pay more than double! Well now we go to get the popcorn bucket, (the only reason we even thought about going to AMC) and the AMC didn’t even have them! Now if the website said they were out of stock that’s understandable but they don’t have any listings anywhere for them. TLDR: terrible service, terrible website, terrible amenities, go ANYWHERE else.

Tried to watch the movie Barbie last Friday at this AMC. After 20 minutes of no projector image during the previews we sat and waited another 45 minutes for them to try and fix the projector. Over an hour later they came in and told us it wasn't going to work and to come back another time. We all lined up in a long queue and the staff started hanging out movie vouchers to people, one per person. We don't live in the area so I requested a refund (showing the receipt used to purchase our tickets). The manager said "Do you think we can just give away free money? I need your ticket stub." I told her my ticket stub was in my seat and she said I should go back and look for it if I want my money back. So I went back into the empty theater with a heavy heart, knowing all too well the ticket stub had already been swept up by the cleaners. My fears were correct. The manager refused to give us refunds even with proof of purchase and I'm giving this theater one star for terrible service and poor communication. Hey owners and employees of AMC, you need to show the movies to the people if you're going to keep their $$$$. Just refund the money if your projector is busted.

I was frustrated by the fact you had to make an account to get the Tuesday ticket discount, they didn't accept cash for consessions (which were very expensive), and the previews were so loud I had to put earplugs in, and even then it was WAY too loud. Went into the hallway during previews and could hear them halfway down the hall. I do not know how people can sit through movies being THIS LOUD.
