The manager Cisco plays some kind of favorites with his friend Aaron. What's the point of a list for pool if you're going to skip people and then ignore them when they ask you about it? That's what happened to me. I tried to go in there on a Thursday and play pool. After Cisco won a game, Aaron decided the list didn't matter anymore and went up there and put his quarters in. So when I went up and asked him they were skipping me, he looked me in the face and ignored me. I don't know how anyone can think this is acceptable behavior, but that's honestly not even the worst part of it. I'm a disabled veteran and Aaron was wearing a Wounded Warrior shirt. How messed up is that? Support the vets and troops, yeah right. He straight up disrespects them. I don't recommend going to this place unless you want the manager Cisco to play favorites with his friends.

They were so accommodating of my birthday party. I am in a wheelchair with a rare autoimmune disease. They had me dancing, laughing, singing, telling me how beautiful and strong I was. These people are amazing !!! It feels like home. We have found our place to come have a good time. Sarah and Bobby Jr. are amazing singers and amazing people who make me happy and gave me the courage to sing with my severe stage fright. They touched my heart with their kindness. I even got sang Happy birthday to by Joan!!! This is the place I first sang my own words to anyone. It's special. You need to get Shallow for me, Sarah&B!!!

I absolutely love this place. My friends and I try to go every Saturday and sometimes my granddaughter joins us for karaoke! They are very accommodating and have a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Jo Jo is friendly and an efficient server. Always a fun crowd at the Cosmo.
