Small little bar tucked in the corner of the Morgan Street food hall. Upon walking in, I immediately noticed how cozy and inviting it was. The owner/bartender, Greg, was super knowledgeable and eager to help in regards to the menu. Compassion and friendliness: Two things this world is lacking post-Covid, so it’s refreshing to see that here. Will come back for sure

We loved Aunty's Betty's Gin and Absinthe bar! This hidden establishment within the Morgan Street Food Hall beat out our visit to The green light speakeasy. The decor had a whole green and leafy modern vibe but with vintage touches. The staff was friendly and fun ( not stuffy or snooty) and the cocktail menu was so unique and playful! We stopped in quick after lunch just to check it out, but we enjoyed it so much, we went back before dinner. Don't miss this stop if you're in Raleigh!

Top of the list as far as chill bars go. Very intimate setting with a vintage vibe and an immaculate drink menu full of gin concoctions that play the palate. Bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive. One of the best places to go if you're tired of being ignored at the end of the bar just for a domestic beer. Drinks are on the more expensive side but more than worth it when it comes to execution and environment. Plus fantastic brews from local lads like the amazing blueberry gin from 1000 Piers. One of those places that you can't wait to buzz by again and a gem worth going to.

Duke makes a great Negroni. Really great. Different kinds and will custom for you too. Good gins, good Amari, good vermouths. Try it out.

Bartender and server were not very accommodating . Only 2 groups of 2 in there besides our group of 10. They wanted our group to stand up instead of organizing chairs so we could all sit together. Drinks were not good. We will not be back even though it could be a cool place.

We've been meaning to check this place out every since we heard about it. We finally made it there last night and it's definitely a cool spot! Everyone was really welcoming as soon as we entered and the atmosphere was awesome. We loved the look and feel of the place. We decided to try 2 different drinks so we could get a range. My drink was pretty good, but my spouse's wasn't close to our liking at all. We couldn't tell if it was the absinthe or the cardamom that gave it such a strong licorice flavor. But since neither of us are fans of that flavor, it wasn't really palatable to us at all. And at $22 for that drink, we were even less impressed. My drink was $15, and it was decent, but not worth that much money, in my opinion. So while the atmosphere was great, the high prices and our less than stellar experience with the flavor profiles will probably prevent us from returning.

It was a sunny and chilly Wednesday early evening. We were wanting to go to a work happy hr and came to this gem. It is located somewhat hidden inside of the legendary Morgan Street Food hall. They have a very artsy and funky lay out with colorful couches, plenty of unique artwork and a big mural. The drinks are plentiful, they have all sorts of cocktails and predominately gin. They also have a option where you can do a dealers choice and tell the mixologist what you like and they will make you a custom drink. Easily one of the cooler bars in the area. Highly recommend! Pricey but what you get what you pay for and some canned beer options to save you some loot.
