Living Spaces

This was our first visit to Living Spaces after checking out several other furniture stores, and we were immediately impressed. We were warmly greeted by Chasity, who guided us through the sofa section and took the time to explain all of our options. The store had one of the best selections of sectionals we’ve seen, and while it was a tough decision, Chasity’s knowledge and guidance made the process easy. We truly appreciated her natural approach and the great energy she brings to the team. We’ll definitely be back soon to furnish our new place.

Always attended to and the workers always gave more information about each item so we didn’t even have to ask the questions!! Told us everything we needed to know, very great customer service. Jesus helped us out and he was great!

I really wanted to give more stars because I love the dining bench that I got and the lady that helped me find it was very patent with me. First, the lady that was supposed to be at kids space went to lunch when we got there which was fine because the kids were exploring the store with me. They said it would take 30 minutes, she didn't get there until 50 minutes later. Then, 20 minutes in, my 7 year old told her that there was a scary toy and he didn't like it. Instead of removing the toy she called me saying my kids wanted to leave. I was walking there while I was placing my order with another employee. Without even getting there she lets my kids out and they ran to me. My 7 year old said he never wants to go again. Lastly, I was supposed to receive my bench the day after I purchased it and they told me it was an outdoor drop off so I was expecting it all day. It never came so I called the next day and the guy that helped me on the phone said that the order was never put in for delivery. I was frustrated so I went 30 minutes to pick it up myself at the distribution center.

We visited the Rancho Cucamonga location this evening looking for a bunk bed set for my two youngest sons, and there were plenty to choose from! We were greeted with smiles by just about every employee that noticed us come in. The store was very clean and organized, and they even had a large play area for shoppers with children which was not there the last time I visited this location. We were assisted by Laila who carried herself in a professional manner and was knowledgeable about what we had come in for. She offered us all cold drinks, was very patient and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase anything, which was appreciated. We chose and purchased a solid & sturdy full/twin set with 3 large under bed storage drawers and ladder along with bunkie boards for a reasonable price. I applied for their financing and was approved, so I opted to have the bed delivered and assembled in my home. I purchased my couch and dining room table from this location in 2017 and was just as pleased then as I was today with the overall experience in this store. Thank you Ms. Laila for putting up with us and our humor, and laughing along with us while we were there. I look forward to seeing you in the future when I return for a new mattress for my bed. Also thank you to all of the other employees that helped us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Daniel M. was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t rush or pressure us. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us multiple options until we narrowed it down. We will definitely be back and asking for him again. The delivery team was great also. They arrived within the delivery window. Setup the furniture quickly and were careful when bringing items upstairs.

Darlene (Rancho Cucamonga branch) was amazing! She was friendly, patient, and really listened to what we wanted. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her at Living Spaces!

My husband and I had such a great experience! The service was excellent, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Jacob went above and beyond to help us with what we needed, and he did it with so much kindness and patience. It really made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the care and attention he gave. Highly recommend!
