Raffael’s Silver Cloud Lounge Club

I first saw this place on Instagram and had to check it out. It’s such a unique spot that’s easy enough to find. Absolutely LOVED the drinks and the popcorn was addicting. The service was super nice too. Definitely looking forward to coming back

super cute vibes! love the intimate space. service was very good - thank you for automatically splitting the check for our party of 8! the complimentary popcorn and snackuiri (daiquiri shot) were delicious. out of all the drinks i tasted, only the green chile margarita and blue sky (warning: very sweet) were good. the rest were too herbaceous, medicinal or just odd. they did completely mask the taste of alcohol though, so that’s a plus. lastly, if you reserve through tock for a larger party, there’s a $5pp deposit that is nonrefundable even if you show up. all other (tock) reservations i’ve made requiring a deposit is either applied toward bill or automatically refunded, it’s only kept if you don’t show up. for a party of 8 that was $40! i would definitely ask for a refund (which they did do, thank you!)

My wife and I had a great time there. Suki and the staff made us feel right at home. Excellent service and Cocktails. A cool spot to hang out.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a really bad review until visiting Raphael’s Silver Cloud. The bartender, Suki, was not only unprofessional but showed an alarming lack of awareness and empathy. My friend — who is a recovering alcoholic — was clearly looking at the non-alcoholic section of the menu. Despite this, Suki repeatedly tried to push alcoholic drinks, dismissing her polite refusals. The worst part came later: he approached our table, handed her a gold coin, and said, "When you’re not sober, come back for a free drink." Let that sink in — encouraging someone in recovery to relapse for a free drink. That’s not charm. That’s sleazy, manipulative, and completely unacceptable behavior for any establishment that serves alcohol. Raphael’s Silver Cloud should take a hard look at who they hire to represent them behind the bar. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was a gross display of disregard for customer wellbeing.

The drinks here are fantastic and the servers are amazing. Very unique and interesting takes on cocktails - I particularly liked the pickled nopales martini. We came on a Saturday right at opening and had no problem getting seated. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

A small amount of burnt popcorn was given when we sat down. Angry bartenders made it an uncomfortable environment. I took my date else where, and after waiting 1 hour for a table, SMH. Learn how to treat guests better!

Delicious unique cocktails! Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable! Plus Delicious freshly popped popcorn!
