Cinemark Bistro Renaissance Marketplace XD and SCREENX

Let me start off by saying the food itself was 4 stars now I know my rating is five stars, but I wanna make it clear that it’s because Cinemark does an amazing job at producing a great movie experience whether it be wheelchair accessible dining while you’re watching a movie or dining while enjoying the box which is a fully immersive moving seats you could do all of this while dining here at Cinemark. Cinemark deserves to be the top rated movie theater in the area for what it provides and I genuinely recommend anybody get a membership here if you come at least two times a month or are spending at least four tickets a month. Now let me go back to the food. I have had the burger, the fries, the wings, and a wrap every time it tasted great. I felt that the portions were a bit small for the price but the ability to order on the app and have the food get taken to your seats without even having to speak to anybody is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anybody at least once every 2 to 3 months if you don’t go out often and if you go out often once a month wouldn’t have it any other way because I know they need to make their money. Also, please people pick up after yourselves .

Such a nice theater! The front bistro area looks really nice, and you are able to take drinks from the bistro into the theater so long as the drink is in a plastic cup. Friendly staff and for other peeps that also run late to everything, I appreciate that previews are roughly 25 minutes from your listed movie time on the ticket. Btw, the cookies & cream shake? Amazing. Inside the theater it was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. We had a great time watching Iron Lung, and I'm looking forward to another visit some time soon!

Clean seats, well behave people, service is good,i usually get burgers, today ibhad a pizza. Overall is a great experience.

Saw Jaws yesterday and Wow! This location is clean, spacious, and features a bistro serving cocktails and exquisite cuisine. Additionally, traditional popcorn and candy are available. Carlos, the Assistant Manager, exemplifies exceptional leadership and hospitality. We were treated with utmost respect and valued as guests ensuring our return.

My man and I enjoyed the experience. We had a drink and appetizer while choosing which movie to watch. The food was very good. The drink was refreshing. The movie seat was so comfortable I almost fell asleep after the good food. lol Great experience and lots to choice from for snacks. A definite go to spot.I wish it wasn’t so expensive though. You’re already gonna eat there why make the seats so expensive.

Went to go watch no help tonight at 7:30 the burgers took about 45 minutes to be brought to us I’m vegetarian and got a veggie burger as my family got regular burgers. Worst burger of my life. It was cold! The meat wasn’t even a tad bit warm, the cheese wasn’t melted on the burger and I bit into the paper because they didn’t take the paper off the cheese, absolutely disappointing and I asked my family if there burger was warm and they said it was hot and fresh. I swear the burger was not even cooked.

I had a nice experience. Good price for admittance, average price for concessions, extremely comfortable heated luxury seating, but there seemed to be some issues with the upkeep of the restrooms. My wife said the female restroom was dirty and smelled like backed up sewage. The males was clean but had a clogged sink that hair coming out of the sink overflow.
