Gather & Hem Bar

I had such a great experience at Gather & Hem thanks to Stephanie! She was welcoming, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her craft. The cocktails were balanced and beautifully presented, and she made excellent recommendations based on what I usually like to drink. She was so so friendly and she made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting. You can tell she genuinely enjoys making sure her guests have a great time. Definitely one of the highlights of my visit, and a big reason I’ll be coming back!

We came here for a few drinks and ended up having the best time. John our bartender was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Foods and drinks were AMAZING! Come here if you’re looking for a chill spot to grab a few drinks and some yummy bites

This place was amazing!! We got the pita and the poutine which were so good. The drinks were definitely the highlight of our experience. Besides looking absolutely bomb they tasted fantastic. I really appreciated the care that our bartender Stephanie took to make sure that we ordered drinks that we liked. Not only that but she continued to give great service throughout the night. Steph was such a vibe and we’ll definitely be back to see her!

I just order a couple of appetizers and some drinks! No napkins with an order of fries The shrimps were excellent,but the bowl to narrow to cut them, need a flat plate for that. $20 for a don julio blanco?? You can get 24 shots from a bottle and this is equivalent to $480. That’s a rob!! Each shot if you buy on retail is $1.70 each, bottle is not more than $40, so their profit is more that 1000% wow First and last

I am a frequent guest of this hotel but I also like to eat at the restaurant when I am not a guest. The staff in the restaurant is awesome and are excellent with recommending wine and meals . Delaney S. Is the ultimate professional and provides excellent genuine customer service? The bartenders are phenomenal and provide great customer service.

Was in town for a vacation and decided to try out this hotel bar. Boy am I glad I did. The drinks are expertly made and quite literally everything tasted phenomenal. The bartenders are top notch, very personable, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations. In particular Aubrey was a shining gem. She was there both nights I was and she made everything so much more fun. She’s a magician with a cocktail shaker and her witty banter is unparalleled. Would give infinite stars if I was able to, definitely a spot to hit.

Update! Kudos to the management for being responsive and bringing a beer taps back into Gather and Hem! No longer need to walk down the hill for a good selection! Aubrey, Jon, and Blake are among the many excellent staff there and I can add the Crispy Shrimp to the list of "go tos" along with the deviled eggs and chips!
