I called in to ask about his services. He seem to have decided, he just didnt want to do business with me because he said, "I dont do those types of shoes" I asked about dress shoes and boots. I then called right back, I wanted to ask a more specific question, just wanted to get a rubber heel cap put on, he answered the phone and immediately hund up. What a JERK.

If your looking to clean your Birkenstock’s for the fall season instead of buying a new pair. Jay the owner will let you know when you bring in the shoes and be completely honest about what he can do! He repaired the cork on the sole for mine as well. I wish I would’ve taken a before picture of how dark my suede was compared to how clean they are now Awesome work! Thank you again

I brought a pair of shoes in this morning to ask whether they could be repaired. It wasn’t busy at all, but the store owner came out with a strange attitude. He cut me off mid-sentence, saying "I have a pair of shoes," and then immediately started making negative comments about them — basically implying there was nothing he wanted to do. In that moment, I felt like I had done something wrong just by asking and was wasting his time.

Jay, the owner, was extremely friendly and made the experience feel personal—I felt like a guest rather than just a customer. He repaired one of the fasteners on my combat boots quickly and professionally. The cost was $20, which felt a little high, but the quality of service and care made it worth it.

The owner is a weirdo, his mood swing a lot. And he is very rude as well. I can’t believe it still stay in the business

Jay did a fantastic job on my Birkenstocks clogs. They needed a new sole and a bit of leather repair. Jay was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. My two year old clogs look brand new again. Wow!

The gentleman here does absolutely phenomenal work. These shoes are 14 years old are were rather beat up. On the toe of the shoe had spots of exposed leather. The picture really doesn't do it justice and I should have taken a before picture. But these things are completely restored and I couldn't be happier.
