Marshall’s are always a bit chaotic when it comes to organization. The store was clean tho. They always have great deals on clothing and house items! I love shopping here for holiday items! They have the best prices on nutcrackers!! Customer service is always nice! Love coming here!
Yesterday was a bad customer service. I went to exchange a gift cashier stop in the middle of the transaction to walk away to have a conversation with coworkers and I was in disbelief. Finally cashier came back and finished the transaction never apologized for walking away. Then the cashier try to upsale me a credit. Worst service.
Customer service is well below average in here. The manager was rude and a little condescending when I asked how much an item was that had no price tag. She looked the item up online on the fashion designers company website and it was not even listed on there. Then she said based off of how much the clothes retail for I can do it for $40 under their price!🤣 Lady are you for real? This is Martials not Fashion Island!!!
Great outlet price place. Marshals is a great provides a good alternative to regular outlets. This one is no exception. It’s also adjacent to Nordstrom Rack with is another outlet store.
Omg this line takes so long it took me longer to cheak out then to shop. And the store is messy and unsafe in the home good sections i could barely walk in it. They really need to clean it up the employees tend to ignor you if you have a question or looking for someone. . the store is such a mess i cant even. Ill only come here for a few deal but I'll just go to the one in Banning which is way cleaner.

So I know the inflation is crazy but whoever marks the prices here sure lives 50.00 alot this used to be a cheaper place to go but this store here let me just say I'd rather buy vans from vans then from here priced higher than the vans website in some cases that's just one thing the entire store acts like we all make 90 an hour.
