Arizona Leather

Stay away from this business. I placed two orders in August 2025 and, as of December, have only received one of them. Despite countless phone calls and emails—and repeated promises that the remaining order would be fulfilled—nothing has happened. I also contacted corporate, but no resolution was provided. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

We purchased a leather sofa from Arizona Leather about six years ago and we are extremely happy with the quality and service. The sofa still looks new and is very comfortable.

I came from the mountains to go to this Store. I arrived at 4:40 PM, on the lights are on, the open sign is on. I knocked on the door and no one answered. I went to Lazy Boy across the way; after looking at their Furniture, I asked them about Arizona Leather. They mentioned if it is a slow day they leave.....never turn off the lights sometimes they leave as early as 4:00. I checked their hours online and they are supposed to be open until 6 or 7....depending on the day. My advice, call ahead and make sure they are open. Very disappointed.

Well ya know if your not spending 15gs on furniture in the store their customer service sucks. We have needed 2 brackets for our chairs we bought at 3500.00 a piece and 2 months later still no brackets. It's probably a factory issue because Ruben is great himself but no one has his back at the factory. Very disappointing.

We had the best experience here. Great quality and great service. Ruben was the best. He was a friendly person to work with and very knowledgeable. Love our battery operated motorized couch. 💗

Friendly service and great products. The products are also called Omni at other stores. I love my furniture from here. The lifetime warranty on the padding and frame are worth it.
