Kohl's

This is not your average department store, if you don’t come prepared you will not get the best savings. They have everything from shoes to microwaves and great prices on toys for kids birthday parties. Store was very clean and well organized, although this is the third time they have changed the store around in a month. Really cheesed off my wife something good. They do have restrooms there and a large assortment of men’s fragrances. Beware of the impulse buys, the chocolates will get you.

Not bad; the stink from sephora is horrible. And i can only find one of the size i want for pants usually; and cannot order more online. Customer service was good at the register and the sales are usually very good. Lots of parking at this location.

If not for amazon return I wouldn't spend ober $120 on clothes...man they get you with these returns

Noelani, at the fairway store in Rocklin, Ca was amazing. Very knowledgeable when asked questions and very very personable! She provided th kind of customer service that makes you want to come back again and again!

Placed an order online as a guest. Never received a confirmation email after placing my order. Online stated would be ready within 2 hours. Went into the store due to no confirmation over 2 hours later and asked staff if there was any way to confirm order/ progress. Was immediately told "nope you need to wait for the email" I feel like providing no confirmation email/text to confirm order or check on status even if I was checking in as a guest is a bad system. And to have no help from the staff/ a way for staff to provide more info on progress when I needed the items for an event is the icing on the cake. I shop at kohls at least a few times a year and will be canceling my order and am not be likely to return back

Everything is over priced unless you have the time to hunt and peck through the clearance merchandise. They don't have enough employees so the racks are a mess and the lines are absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait 15 mins in line to spend 75.00 on a Nike sweatshirt. The vibe feels like your shopping in a discount store without the actual discount. I'll be skipping Kohl's in the future.

One of the few stores with good clothing options. Nice Big and tall section for men. Great shoe selection for toddlers.
