Overall, I had a great experience shopping for living room furniture. I was able to explore several sofa options and ultimately purchased a set that I’m very happy with. Deepak was especially helpful in explaining the features and specifications, which made the decision process much easier. That said, I would recommend that some associates be more enthusiastic and engaging with customers. I asked a couple of associates for assistance, but they seemed uninterested and walked around as if they were avoiding helping. I understand that Living Spaces is a large brand with many customers, but at times complacency can affect the overall customer experience.

I stopped by Living Spaces to shop for counter stools. I did not find the exact style I was looking for, but I was really impressed with the store. The showroom is massive with so many beautiful furniture collections to explore. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made the experience pleasant. I will definitely be back to browse more options.

Great selection and color options! Was looking for a green sofa and had plenty to choose from. We are so excited to get our sofa 🙂 TJ was amazing and so friendly. Helped us out and did great explaining delivery and the protection plan. Will definitely be back again!

A very nice option for furniture shopping. Great customer service to let's you walk around to browse without breathing down your neck. They stop by every so often to speak to you and definitely seem to care and listen to what you'd like to see. Melissa and Kate were extremely helpful and made the experience joyful and light! Ended up buying a couch from them it was a very easy transaction. They also do customization which was really great!

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales associate was Zuhra and she was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture. She gave us great advice and helped us determine the best choices for our sofa purchase. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door but never felt pressured. One of the managers came by to introduce herself and we were offered water a couple of times. We highly recommend this store and staff.

We purchase this canopy bed and absolutely love it. It’s so solid. We also purchased the nightstands dresser and lamps that we are thrilled with.

Driving into Living Spaces there are plenty of Tesla charging stations and handicapped parking. When we entered the store Nick D. greeted us and gave us a layout of the store. He was very friendly and had an upbeat personality which I really appreciate. We found a complete living room set and decor with the help of Jose A. Jose was very patient and helped us every step of the way. . He checked prices and availability for the living room set, the dining room set, the recliner chair, decor pillows , pictures , lamps and a rug. It was a fantastic experience with his help. I give Living Spaces 5 out of 5 stars for the great service, the selection in every department and the layout of the store , which was very clean. Mrs Smiley
