Boot Barn

I've to Boot Barb years ago but in Monte Claire/ Upland. Very nice store, boots, accecories,, etc. Thus visit was the San Bernadino store. Very crowded with clothes racks, boots literally everywhere. The staff, young girls. They'd ask if you needed help then point where to go. Customer service was definitely lacking. One girl did eventually helped me, very nice and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for but I did find a replacement. I'm happy with my choice. When it came time ti check out. The girl at the register was all happy and smiles while talking to the other girls but turned sour qhen she got to the register. No smile no nothing. She didn't even ask me if I wanted a box for tte boots I bought. She literally threw them in a bag and didn't even hand me the bag. Left it on the counter and walked away. Wow, never saw customer service that bad before. It's ok, I'll find another location for future shopping needs.

ZOEY WAS AMAZING! She was the first person to greet me and help me out. When I walked in no one greeted me and the older gentleman by the stairs didn’t even say a hello. I appreciate Zoey for taking the time to help me find what I needed.

Boot barn was the most awesome experience!! Great atmosphere all staff had great attitude and very helpful!! They have amazing clothes and beautiful boots !! The place is clean and very presentable!! Thank y’all at boot barn yeee haaaa!!

I was shopping for pants I got absolutely no help from the person that was in charge of that area. It was some Latina lady And I asked her if I could try on the pants in the changing room and she told me just make sure not to steal them Which I thought was very unprofessional and very disrespectful i’ve been coming to this boot bar for years and I never had any issues and she didn’t even come up to me and asked for to help me out then I went up to her and asked her a question about the pants and she told me you know you’re in a western store, right .And like that’s very unprofessional but I love boot barn and it was just a terrible experience

I love this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I buy our workboots, they have a big selection. I bought a belt and the buckle part broke off Sheila was kind enough to have them repair it. She approached me right away with a great attitude and friendly smile.

Even though we didn't find the boot my fiancee needed, that didn't stop the folks at Boot Barn from being extremely nice and helpful! They have a great selection of work boots, as well as hiking boots. But, if you're looking for cowboy boots, this is the place! They have several different types and selections. And come prepared, this place has 2 stories!

Store 00004 Reg 01 Date 2/12/2026 Time 2:15 Assoc 011172 I Was Returning Brand New Boots Never Worn With Tags I Lost Me Receipt Lady At The Register Was Telling Me I Needed My Receipt I Told Her That The Told Me Over The Phone That They Can Look It Up With My Phone Number She Didn't Like That And Told Me That She Was Giving Me Store Credit I Said I Don't Want Store Credit That I Want My Money After Standing My Ground I Got My Money Her Customer Service Sucks Her Attitude And Personality Were Cold If She Can't Take Care Of Paying Customers Time For A Different Job Lady ....I Guess I'm Getting My Boot's From Amazon For Now On ....
