Are you ready for Christmas? Me too! I know it’s still August, but I’m already excited to start decorating. If you’re the type who loves to decorate early, you should stop by Hobby Lobby—they already have Christmas decorations out! Highly Recommended I love Hobby Lobby! I just wish we had one here in Northridge. (Pictures was taken August 19,2025)

Tons of stuff for just about any craft you would want. I bought 2 very large picture frames and they were beyond inexpensive (after checking out other stores). Employees are helpful and respectful (this is missing in other retail stores). Overall a very nice shopping experience.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH KIMBERLY. She is very helpful and she would make us laugh at the register!!! Kimberly is a A+++++ it was a wonderful experience being here with just her presence. This is a great way to show how customer experience should be like.

Staff was pretty nice. However, I had to ask 4 people before I found the thing I was looking for. One led me in the completely opposite direction. Also (this is partially my fault but still), they do NOT take Google Pay or any other contactless payments. I didn't have my card on me so I had to borrow a friend's. The cashier was understanding thankfully. It's the end of 2025 and these guys can't take contactless? C'mon. We can do better. Their website also doesn't tell you the location of their in store items.

I love Hobby Lobby and the inexpensive seasonal and home decor. The store is clean and well staffed.

Michelle, the customer service representative near the registers is EXTREMELY lazy and rude. I can’t believe she is some sort of admin/assistant manager at this place as she’s setting a HORRIBLE example for all the hard working staff at the registers… Went in to return an item with receipt. The girl at the register called Michelle over for a price check and after looking at the item for a split second, Michelle said "That’s not ours". As if I’m trying to scam Hobby Lobby or something… She didn’t even bother taking 10 seconds to look the item up on the tablet she was holding, and walked away. So I had to walk to the back corner of the store to find another one of the same item on their shelf and bring it back to the register to prove it most definitely is a Hobby Lobby item! After doing so I made a point of showing Michelle and she rudely didn’t even acknowledge me and walked right past me even as I called her name... If I ever go back to this location and see that disgrace of an employee I’m walking straight back out!!!
