Ross Dress for Less

I used to enjoy shopping here. But as a single mom, they don’t let you bring in shopping carts with your child , even if your cart is empty. The employee suggested that my daughter either sits in the dressing room or in the room with me. When I explained she’s on the spectrum and she wouldn’t sit down for a long period of time they said I can go to my car grab the stroller and then come back to the fitting room. Super inconvenient not set up for single parents. I’ve only had this issue at this location.Will not be coming back.

This is the Best Ross in the area very organized and clean good Customer Service with a lot of variety of products and convinient location. They have the best prices

I JUST THE GIRL JOCELYN THAT WORKS IS AMAZING SHE IS SUPER SWEET AND FUNNY. ITS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WANT TO SEE. The reason why I’m only giving this place 1 star is because me, my sister, and mother were racially profiled. Jocelyn was checking out our stuff before we can walk we were asked to give them our receipts. The saw us check out all our stuff ( keep in mind we were by the front door clear as day you can see us checking out). The security made us open up all the bags. What was crazy they didn’t stop anyone else but us and 2 other black people. I’m sorry they need to do some retraining or something because that was not right. UNFORTUNATELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I pray that Jocelyn get a raise soon.

I have never left a shopping experience in my entire life… I’m not over exaggerating when I say entire life feeling pissed off and full of anxiety and I can’t say feeling more pissed off because I’ve never been pissed after shopping, EVER!!! The manager chick "Russia" Is extremely unpleasant… They are super understaffed and it’s the worst vibe. I’m not gonna lie. I spent so much money there right now And I am in the worst mood ever… The only good employee I wish I knew her name Long dark hair wears is it pulled back And looks like she could be Peruvian? Everyone else should seriously be fired, including the security guard. Like everyone was so rude While I was spending money and wasting my time and helping Them actually even clean the store Because it was a disaster!! And helping them make sales no no no I’m telling you I cannot believe how awful this experience was.

Me and my husband went here to shop . The lady at the Front door kept staring at us. My husband said the lady that was at the front door was following us thru the whole store. Very racist. All of a sudden she was the cashier. Smiling in our facing . Knowing you been following us the whole time. Never going back to this store need been management. Need better people working here
