I wish I could give 10 stars because I truly would. I came in with my parents just to look around, as my mom insisted on getting me a new buffet table for my birthday. We were greeted by Greg, who was extremely kind and patient, and let us explore freely without hovering. I intended to buy only a buffet table but ended up getting a bar and dining table too! Thank you, Greg, for going above and beyond and making us feel like more than customers—like we’d known each other for years. I am extrmely grateful for everything that you did. I highly recommend this place; it’s hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Simply Discount Furniture. We were looking for some bookcases and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our sales professional, Bruce, was phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed without any pressure. The selection and prices were great, and the customer service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be returning for future furniture needs!

I was accommodated to my schedule, the changed their time to fit my time. The delivery guys were respectful, fast and moved my furniture around to my request. Thank you William, Humberto and Frank the did not leave a piece of paper, cartons on my floor. Very pleased with the professionalism they demonstrated from the greeting to the good bye.

Horrible customer service! We bought the furniture care package from the vendor they suggested in their store. We have emailed Simply Discount and sent pictures, but they have not gotten back to us and it seems that they are ignoring us. We have stains and our cushions are collapsing. I will be more than happy to remove this review if we get satisfying service very shortly.

Store is offset in the back, use navigation to find easier. Worked with Don, super friendly, took his time and answered all of our questions. All the staff was excellent. Store had a vast array of all kinds of furniture and great deals. COVID has delayed all deliveries of non-stock custom items, but after visiting 5 furniture stores this is normal. 89$ delivery fee, extra $100 if you want them to remove the old couches. Bought a big couch and will update this review to include delivery and set-up when the couch is received. I was so disappointed in this place. The day we went in to find our new bedframe everything went great. Found what we needed. They helped us and it went smooth. We had a pick up order. They called us told us it was ready. We picked it up. Got home started unpacking stuff. One of the pieces was broken. We called And they put us on hold for a while finally came back, said Bruce Would be giving us a call back in about 10 to 15 minutes. We waited nothing about an hour past nothing mind you we had all these pieces laying on our front yard trying to figure out what we were going to do with this broken piece. We ended up being the ones to call back finally spoke to Bruce. He didn’t care at all since we had already paid in full and we were in his words no longer customers, and he was working on customers inside the store so he didn’t have time to speak to us right now. Said he can offer $50 or reorder the piece and would have to wait a month for it. Had no sympathy was trying to get off the phone as soon as possible. It was such a bad customer service and they didn’t care to help us at all.

We have bought three pieces of furniture here over the years and have been happy so far! They have a huge selection of furniture for your home and they usually can give you a bargain price. The salesman who helped was Don and he's been professional and helpful. I highly recommend this furniture outlet because you'll get a lot for more for your money here.
