T.J. Maxx

It's better than other TJ Max's. But it's still TJ max. This location is a lot cleaner and easier to move around in. It seems pretty organized especially for a t.j Maxx. There were no clothes on the floor, the clothing was actually put in an order corresponding with what the tags say, and that is definitely an improvement. It was better organized because of the clothing being in the proper section. Even the lines were less gridlocked. Overall I would say that if you were looking for a TJ Maxx in this area, this would probably be the best one to go to. Overall I would say it left a good impression.

This TJ Maxx store is very clean and has a lot of space. The men section are toward the right side of the store and the women are toward the middle. There a lot of parking here and the customer service is great. The prices will vary but some are reasonable.

First time shopping at this location. Indeed there is more variety of items compared to the stores in Bakersfield, CA. Purchased women's and men's apparel, pair of sandals, decor, kitchenware, and doggie clothes. I'll be back soon!

T.J. Maxx is a great place to shop if you have patience. Good prices and new inventory changes constantly.They have many items for the whole family. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can spend hours shopping.

I love TJMaxx, I shop there all the time almost everything I wear is from there, BUT I had very bad experience today, I purchase two sweatpants brand Homebody club today, normally if I am not going to return the item I wash it so … I bought it today and washed it,one of the pant’s color fainted and got some lighter big spots on it, I took it back with all my shopping to show the manager it was bought today and I washed all my items and only one changed color to the point that can’t be used, manager Cheyanne with out apology said too bad we can’t not take it back, I ask for some one above her to come, Cheyanne with a smile said I am the manager and I am telling you we won’t take it back, Honestly I don’t even care about $12.99 I even left the pants there and told them you can keep it BUT the way she handled the situation was disgraceful and embarrassing. Company needs to hire experience manager that know how to deal with respect towered their employees and customers, they need to know that sometimes they can make exception to the roles. Anyway I will still shop there. This was TJMaxx Valencia
