Lawless Forge Seattle

Had a great experience with Nikk and the horseshoe knife class! He was super clear, charismatic, and overall a great instructor. We really enjoyed the entire class and love the knives we made! I would highly recommend this class, and I’m considering coming back with friends for the other classes!

5/5 Experience, would recommend to anyone who likes working with your hands. Spiff was an amazing instructor. Hands on, helpful, funny, interactive. Place is a great environment. Enjoy it and take it all in when you go. It's a great experience. Definatley need a forge in the shop now! I'm Hooked! Thanks again folks!

My boyfriend and I did the public ring class with Ben and Jace! There were 3 others with us. It was such a fun experience. Highly recommend because you can’t mess it up. I believe Ben does the harder parts which is smoothing out the ring so there’s no way to mess things up. Bathrooms are up the ramp and there are places that the instructor will show you to put your things. We did a class during winter so the shop was chilly. The forge and two heaters were out at times but wearing something appropriate would be recommended. They also have their Venmo’s out on the wall so don’t forget to tip your instructor. Ben was a great conversationalist and observer. He was so informational during the class too.

Taking a 3 hour class at Lawless Forge was an excellent experience. Our instructor, Spiff, was good with everybody, keeping us all on track and in such a group of mixed ages and experience using tools, everyone finished their project with good results. I learned a lot and had a great time.

I had a wonderful experience with both my coworkers. It was just fast enough to keep things interesting, slow enough and personal enough that we all succeeded and had a great time. I enjoyed the Horseshoe Knife so much with my coworkers, that I did it with my family again. It was easy enough for my 17 year old son and my 78 year old father, even the skinniest of my coworkers managed it.

This experience was so worth it! We made a horseshoe knife with Nikk and he was such a clear, patient, and funny instructor. We weren’t sure what to expect and were blown away by the completely hands-on forge experience. I have already recommended Lawless Forge to friends and cannot wait to go back and make something else.

My wife took me for my birthday ans it was a lot of fun. Really unique experience, we had a great time. It was interesting how may different variations our group came up with. Nikk was a great instructor. If you are looking for a good gift for your partner, kid, or maybe a group, I highly recommend coming to Lawless Forge!
