Jeremy was such a help, I’ve been trying to get my dad a gift and he easily helped me figure out what to get and gave multiple options!

Charleston was very patient with us. We came in trying to figure out the color scheme and he was great at helping us figure out color pairing for my groom and nephew (ring bearer).

We received excellent service from the Men's Warehouse in Silver Spring! The store manager is very attentive to demands and the associates spring in with easy solutions like open up an hem rather than buying a new pair of pants. We had an order mixup and they resolved it seamlessly. We definitely will shop here again and more often since they offer casual as much as dress suits.

Being the procrastinator that I am, I had a week to find a tuxedo. After a quick phone conversation with the manager, and assistance from Charleston, I knew this was the place. The experience and service summed up by one word — great!

Jeremy is an OUTSTANDING employee. He helped me find an amazing, nice-fitting outfit for an event and also explained everything along the way. He was honest, and also an incredible listener for what type of style I was looking for. He was willing to help out anyway that was possible. 11/10 customer service, it’s hard to find people who care so much about their job and the customers wishes, so it was nice to see.

Great service . Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was my first time getting tailored but the people at the Silver Spring location had nothing but patience with me. In a world where great customer service is rare I am glad that there are places that still value the customer experience like at this Men’s Warehouse.
