Hobby Lobby is a wonderful place to shop. It's always neat and clean with hundreds of great products! The people who work there are very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable too! I love this place, my only wow is for one in Thousand Oaks

A gentleman in the framing department named Lee helped me out with a custom cut mat and was so nice I could cry. I brought in a framed print and wanted to see what the print looked like alongside a new mat, so I started to tear the frame open, not realizing that I would need to unscrew the wire and remove all the staples. Without a moment of hesitation, Lee went to the back to retrieve a screwdriver. I then watched as he removed each screw and staple with genuine care. I can’t remember the last time I received such great service with a wonderful and genuine attitude. What a pleasant experience, and right at closing. Someone give this man a raise. He is a treasure.

Went to hobby lobby for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. This is the only Time I’ve ever been in a store and every time was stopping to talk to each other about what they were looking at. A lady gave us pointers on the store and basically she stated never pay full price for anything because everything in the store will eventually be on sale. If you like an arts and crafts store you will love hobby lobby! Also their staff was amazing no complaints!

I had the absolute best experience at Hobby Lobby thanks to Rhonda! She went above and beyond to help me, even when I didn’t have everything I needed to get a refund. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure I left happy truly stood out. It’s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Rhonda does. I’ve never received such exceptional service anywhere else. She turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Hobby Lobby is lucky to have her — she’s the definition of amazing customer service!

The manager chris goes against the work enforce rules regarding discrimination. He judged my 18yr old autistic son and wouldnt shake his hand and shut him down really quickly when my son introduced himself handing over a resume. For young adults its already scary to put yourself out there looking for work. Let alone being rude towards young adults (18yr old) with disabilities cause due to not liking there "different look". I watch it by the corner so yes I witness this and will be reporting this matter. This happened about 4months ago wanting to give a chance to see if he was just simply just having a bad day my son went in 6 weeks later for a follow up and he was just as cold. My son and I still go to this still as the employees are so sweet and amazing and my son loves getting his craft here for home.

I needed help finding an item so I asked the first employee I saw. She didn't even care to assist me. All she said was go check. If I asked for help was for her to guide me where yo find it . No empathy whatsoever. Very disappointed. I'm employees are not there to assist why even show up to "work".

Everyone is so nice and helpful and the employees go out of their way to help you out. Love going to Hobby Lobby, great value, quality and lots of great products. Your sales are Amazing too!
