Tim is awesome. I got to meet him when he helped me find some leatherwork supplies. He is very knowledgeable and obviously loves his work. They offer a lot of classes there too.

Products and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend the classes. Tim is a wonderful instructor. Learn something new to advance my skills at every class.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is the most well-organized, well-stocked Tandy Leather store I have ever been in.

The employees at Tandy are so helpful! You can tell they're passionate about leatherworking, and they help others with their projects, recommending tools, leather, and other products to help them come together. My son just finished up making this leather Lord of the Rings helmet with carvings and chain mail. He got everything he needed from Tandy, except the wire for the chain mail.

Very knowledgeable and helpful the manager is pleasant and try’s to help and makes you feel like she really cares.

My husband went in and asked the clerk if they had scissors that would cut the thick leather he had. The clerk looked at the leather and said there were sheers upfront. Then went back stocking then said that he didn't think my husband could afford the sheers. We will not be back and since we are native we have lots of family and friends that won't be shopping there either.

Excellent service. I needed some very specific supplies for a project and got everything I needed at a good and fair price. Employees were very helpful over the phone and when I came in to make my final purchases they were awesome. They do have military discounts too which is very cool, and it's always nice to be purchasing products through a company that supports the military.
