Strap Tank Brewery

Strap Tank Brewery is a really fun experience for dining in St. George Utah. It’s conveniently located just off the interstate. However, it’s really popular and there is often a wait to get in. The selection of food they have is pretty amazing. Anything from salads to hamburgers, and everything in between. Because it’s a brewery, they have a good selection of beer to choose from. I’ve been here a couple of times now and every single time the experience has been great. The food is good, the staff is amazing, and they keep this place immaculately clean. I would highly recommend you eat here as a choice of a nice restaurant in St. George Utah.

We stopped in for an early dinner. The food was amazing! We did not get drinks but we will be back for those and more delicious food. They have live music on Saturday nights. An upstairs bar and dining for overflow and the place is rustic and beautifully built. Wonderful time nice to have another brewery in Saint George! Dalton our waitress was amazing! We will definitely be returning.

We were a little concerned by previous reviews but decided we would give Strap Tank a try for ourselves. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and decor of the building. We started off with fried pickles which were large and crispy. The farmhouse burger was perfectly cooked, the Mac and cheese was creamy with a nice cheese pull. The French dip was good sized and full of flavor. Overall was great and will definitely come back again!

I’d like to come back in the future, this place has a lot of potential, but they definitely have some work to do. First off, the staff are awesome: super friendly, fun to joke around with, and really make the place feel welcoming. That’s their saving grace. The food ranged from okay to pretty good. Our group ordered two burgers and a steak. The fries that came with the burgers were excellent. What surprised me, though, is that it’s a brewery with only a handful of beers to choose from (maybe five or six) and all of them were low point, nothing above 5%. One thing that really needs attention: the men’s bathroom. It wouldn’t cost much to add a urinal divider. Having to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with a stranger is… less than ideal. All that said, the dining room has a fun atmosphere and cool decorations. With a few fixes, this place could easily become a go-to spot.

Had an incredible dinner here. The ST French dip was incredible!! The sweet potato fries are to die for!!! The dry rub wings are incredible. The salads are very fresh! The waitress, Libby, was very attentive… our glasses were always filled! I will definitely be back!!! It was so good we finished everything!

Food was sub par. A few of the boneless chicken wings were rock hard with a side of hair in it. The nachos were mid. The fish in the "fish an chips" was mushy. The mac’n cheese and burger tasted bland. Do not recommend this place.

Strap Tank has been slowly evolving since opening, like a Pokémon that keeps leveling up until it becomes the final boss of all St. George restaurants. The moment I walked in, I could feel the energy shift, like the walls whispered, "Welcome back, chosen one." The chili? Oh buddy, that chili was so good it briefly convinced me I could speak fluent motorcycle. But the sirloin… the sirloin was better than Papa’s steaks, and I wish Papa were here to enjoy it; don’t worry haha he’s not dead (yet), just mysteriously absent like a side quest we forgot to complete. At one point I swear the server floated by the table like an angel delivering medium rare salvation. My fork literally bowed in respect when it touched the meat. Seven stars out of five, Strap Tank is becoming something legendary, and honestly, I’m scared in a good way. Honestly very scared, 7 out of 5 stars
