Great Wash
Purchased the platinum service. During my third time visiting my car was scratched, most likely while being vacuumed. I alerted one of the workers and the manager immediately after the wash. I showed them the scratches which were clearly fresh scratches and they told me the owner would take care of it after I filled out an incident report. The owner (Joe) calls me five days later on a blocked number and tells me the video footage shows my car had the scratches on it when it went through the car wash and refuses to take care of it. Clearly the car will have the scratches on it if it happened before it went through the wash. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
