I tried to place an order on line and it kept being kicked back. I called the phone number that the email gave me and was bounced around from department to department. NOBODY was able to tell me why my order wouldn't go through. After, trying to fix the problem all day, dealing with a bunch of different departments on my own, they told me to go to Macy's in person. The whole situation was a major headache. Luckily, when I went to customer service, Adrian tried helping me, we called the numbers back, etc, to no avail. Adrian was so helpful, personable, patient. Still couldn't figure out the problem and Consumer Protection Department, whose number was on the cancelation email refused to help or say what's wrong. Adrian finally got his manager Christian. Between Adrian and Christian they were able to figure out the problem (took over an hour) and made sure I was able to place my order. Definitely made me feel appreciated and important as a customer. Could not ask for better customer service. They stuck it out patiently, they were also so personable. I had a job for 25 years dealing with customers. I have to say these 2 nailed it and Macy's should be thankful and proud that Christian and Adrian represent them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Macy’s Men’s Suit Department from an awesome worker KAMRUN I had an excellent experience at Macy’s today thanks to Kamrun from the Men’s Suit Department. I came in needing a complete outfit for an important occasion tonight, and she went above and beyond to help me put everything together perfectly. Kamrun was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, offering great suggestions and making sure every detail was just right. This was truly the best customer service I’ve experienced. Because of her help, I walked out confident and fully dressed for my event. Macy’s is lucky to have someone like Kamrun — she is a real asset to the store. Highly recommended!

I had a very poor customer experience at the men’s suits department on the first floor. I attempted to return a suit I purchased for my husband, as he ended up wearing another suit he already owned for a work event. The return was rejected solely because one of the tags was not in its original position, despite the suit being unused. I have shopped at many Macy’s locations and other retailers over the years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such inflexible and disappointing service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping at Macy’s, especially in the men’s suits department. The interaction involved two employees—one manager and one cashier wearing glasses—both with dark hair. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and lacked customer-oriented service.

Amazing customer service from Adelina! I was buying two perfumes and asked if there were any coupons in my account. The lady said there weren’t, and I didn’t have internet at that time. When I got home and checked the Macy’s app, I found a $50 coupon. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager, Adelina. She was incredibly kind and helpful — she refunded the perfume so I could repurchase it with my coupon, wrapped it beautifully as a gift, and even gave me free samples while apologizing for the inconvenience. Thank you so much, Adelina! Excellent customer service

Good location for the most part, except some employees in certain departments just like to flat out ignore customers and then rush them towards the end. Very difficult to get help in here sometimes. But during my most recent visit, a gentleman by the name of Robert helped me pick out a suit that I needed last minute, he was extremely patient and was very professional. This was my first stop and I didn’t realize that I would need to lay close to $800 for a suit and shirt. I told him that I would want to check at least one other place before I made the purchase and he told me he would put the suit to the side for me until I got back. I didn’t return until til ten minute before closing. Even though I was the last customer in the store he didn’t make me feel rushed.

I’m writing this review after a very negative experience picking up an order. The employee who assisted me was rude and dismissive, ignored me despite it being my turn, and treated me as though my presence was an inconvenience. He placed my item on the counter without handing it to me and made no effort to engage respectfully. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and it raised serious concerns about how customers are treated here. Based off the other reviews- it’s clear this Macy’s store has serious issues with racism.
