Target

Excellent 👍 place lots of availability and friendly knowledgeable staff. I'll say download the app it tells you where is every item. So you don't get frustrated since all the staff are helping. I downloaded it it was a relief. I can always delete it. Nug this store is huge a variety of everything. You'll love it.

This target can be fairly busy because it’s well-located in downtown Sunnyvale - next two Whole Food, AMC, etc. The store itself is raised up above the main connected parking garage. The garage has reserved spots for pickup orders as well as a few Tesla super chargers which tend to be full unless you wait or stop by later at night. If the garage is too tricky for you, just use the second level of the garage across the street (on S Taaffe St). The second floor is meant for Target parking and has a foot bridge directly into the actual level that Target is on. The Target is clean and well organized. A normally sized location. It even has a full Starbucks cafe in the front and a CVS pharmacy.

It's not considered fancy, but I love this place. I get all the stuff I need, at very reasonable price. Just see the shirt I bought for $30

Big Target, bigger than the one I usually go in Foster City. They have Ulta Beauty right inside Target rather than in a different building. More product variety. The interior and isles are spacious. This one is located on the second floor, so it creates some shades for the ground floor parking lots. Really appreciate this idea.

A beautiful Target. It is well lit, not stuffed to the gills, and has plenty of friendly staff. On your entrance to the left there's a lovely Starbucks, in case you want to meander around all juiced up. Prices are reasonable, based on our Amazon comparisons this morning.

I’ve been shopping at this Target for about five years, but unfortunately the overall experience has been getting worse. Recently, my husband and I had an uncomfortable experience after using the fitting room on a Saturday night. When we walked out carrying the clothes we didn’t want, a member of the style team pointed at us and directed us to hang everything onto a movable cart with some hand gestures. At first we thought she was trying to get another staff member’s attention nearby, but later realized she was pointing at us. We still helped out of courtesy, but the way we were treated felt disrespectful and left a bad impression. Another issue was misleading advertising in the toilet paper section. There were multiple signs saying "buy 2 and get $5 off" for a certain brand, but the discount didn’t apply at checkout. When I brought this up to the manager and explained that the signage was misleading, though they finally honored the discount, I was told nothing more could be done, like reporting to their headquarter, or correcting this misleading info, at the store level. I understand stores have policies and employees have procedures to follow, but customers shouldn’t feel singled out or misled by unclear promotions.

I am regularly visiting this Target to collect various items. Target has collectors section for people like me who has spare budget to purchase collectible stuff such as toys, cars cards, figures. I am always having trouble with dealing the employees in this branch. They are choosing which customers to purchase the highly desired products. They are hiding certain products from certain customers. Just this morning lady responsible from Toys section returned a box of collectibles back to the store room and not let them be placed on the shelves after she saw us waiting. And she takes the product out 1-2 hour after we left the store. I return in the evening to find that those product was stocked on the shelves and highly desired ones are already sold out. It is always very frustrating dealing with the employees in this branch.
