This place is beautiful! This is a brand new location for American Furniture Warehouse, and they did a fantastic job! I was so impressed with the layout and the variety of options. The employees were extremely nice. We were just blown away with the level of service and presentation. There is plenty of parking, and it's located in a newly developed retail area. Looking forward to shopping here a lot more.

Great customer service, low delivery costs. Shopping made easy. Our sales rep is Shea H., He is super chill, no pressure sales guy, and knows his stuff. He answered all our questions. From our first steps inside to our satisfied steps 👣 leaving, it was a great 🛍 shopping /purchase experience. We love our new patio furniture 🛋. We recommend and are thankful for Shea & AFW!!!! 👍🫶

I’m thrilled about the new American Furniture Warehouse opening in our area! The store is beautifully laid out, making it easy to explore a wide range of stylish and affordable furniture options. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. It’s great to have such a large selection of quality pieces—from living room sets to mattresses—all in one place. I’m especially impressed with the competitive pricing and fast delivery options. This store is a fantastic addition to our community!

Came today to look around. It’s a big store with a lot of options. Some good; some not so good in quality. It’s almost comparable to At Home; except without a lot of the bed linens; pillows; bath towels; etc. You’ll pay a very reasonable price. The more the furniture is the better the quality. From bedroom to living room, kitchen and office, and shelving to entertainment systems. I’ve included one photo to a queen sized bed frame with head and base boards that were solid and sturdy. Some furniture is ‘assembly required.’ Others they will deliver and assemble for you. I spoke with Shea, and the best I can recall is the delivery charge is about $69 up to a certain purchase price; and then it’s 5% for larger purchases. There’s plenty of parking at this store. Restrooms are very clean. And they have loading bays for customers to pull in and pick up their purchases. Today they had an Auto Show in the parking lot. I would have liked to stay, but maybe another time if this is a regular event on Fridays.

Picked up an office chair for here. I expected it to be more expensive but this store is very affordable. Very large selection of furniture available. Highly recommend if your in the market for furniture!!

We had a really great experience at American Furniture Warehouse and wanted to recognize the team that helped us. We were approved for $1,750 through their financing company, but the couch we fell in love with was priced at $1,798. It was such a small difference, but initially we were told there wasn’t anything that could be done. Since we were already planning to purchase additional pieces — an ottoman and another add-on — I asked if it would be possible to adjust the numbers slightly by adding the $48 difference onto the ottoman instead so we could still stay within the financing limit. As we were about to leave, I asked if we could speak with a manager. We were helped by Shea Butter, who took the time to listen to what we were trying to do. He went back to check with his manager Jeremy, and after explaining the situation they were able to make the adjustment so we could complete the purchase. Thanks to them, we were able to buy the couch we really wanted along with the other pieces we planned on getting. The process was smooth, transparent, and we never felt pressured into buying anything extra. Everything rang up exactly as discussed, and the team was patient, kind, and willing to work with us to make the sale happen. Customer service like this really stands out. We truly appreciated them taking the time to help us find a solution instead of letting us walk out over a $48 difference.
