Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center

The bathroom alone makes me want to throw up. Toilet paper out of the dispenser is disgusting, & and health risk, look at the roll! and toilet paper thrown on the sink as "paper towel" is a joke. How incredibly gross. And I'm not even blaming the employees. Greedwill - you can afford to fix the dispensers in the restroom. So gross.

I bought a dresser they told me I had 48 hours to pick it up. I went the next evening and they sold it to somebody else. I already paid for it. They said they would give my money back but because my wife purchased it on her debit card; Even though I had both receipts in my hand, they refused to give me money back unless I had her come. The amount of inconvenience that was is obvious. They offered store credit which is a slap in the face seeing as they just screwed me over, remember how crappy and disgusting Goodwill was in the '90s. It's clearly gone back to that. Really let down by them.

NO STARS for this Goodwill . . . I was in there on 2/18/2026 . . . the shelves were not stocked, the employees were standing around talking and did not want to be disturbed, quite unhelpful and RUDE . . . You should visit the Goodwill in Wickenburg, AZ. Our employees there are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful and the store is well stocked.

no reason to jack up your prices. Everything is given to you and doing the math per number of employees. It dont add up. SO we boycott you and all donation supplied outfits that want to price gouge like a corporation prepping for another great depression. Make sure they make as much money as they can before the next crash. That is just good business. But I hope reviews like mine are read and your shoppers and donators see more after reading revues like mine. Shame on you

Nice store, as usual Goodwill prices are way too high, but other than that the store is nice, clean and the cashier was friendly

Pretty good store not the biggest, they do need to stock up the shelves more. Other than that fairly clean.
