What a cozy and comfy space. Reminds me of like a 1920s Cigar Lounge with the leather chairs and conversation areas. Kim the owner is super nice and knowledgeable. Specializes in WA wines, reasonable prices. Need an event space - again very reasonable. Definitely a new favorite spot. I didn’t get any food but had complimentary popcorn.

I don’t consider myself super knowledgeable about wine, but I had such a great time at The Nosy Nif! I told the bartender what kind of wine I was interested in trying and she made an awesome recommendation; so good that I ended up having three glasses! The wine was incredible, the staff super friendly and the overall experience was awesome. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and the popcorn was incredible (sprinkled with some kind of delicious magic) honestly a perfect little snack to pair with the wine. I went for one of their paint-and-sip events, and it was super chill and fun. The atmosphere made it easy to enjoy myself even as a beginner at both wine and painting. I’ll absolutely be returning! It’s the kind of place that’s great for a casual night out, trying something new, or just unwinding with friends. Highly recommend!

Lovely new wine bar in Tacoma with a focus on Washington wines. Amazing! Had several new wines during my visit, wines that are not available in the store. The atmosphere and staff were also amazing. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

What an interesting place in Tacoma in an interesting location. Who knew there could be such a chill place with great wine and chill vibe. I really like kicking my night off here they always have some new interesting Washington wine. It’s a fun adventure.

Super chill vibes! I love the make your own charcuterie board. I definitely had to try their champagne flight. Highly recommended! Very nice staff, local small business.

An incredible and cozy place to enjoy local Washington wines. Whether you like reds, white, or bubbles, they have you covered. Free truffle popcorn is available. Charcuterie is also available for purchase. Definitely a welcomed addition to the neighborhood.

About two weeks ago, my wife and I were meeting our daughter in Tacoma for an afternoon of wine tasting. She had planned for us to go to a wine bar nearby, but we accidentally walked into Nosy Nif instead — and that happy mistake turned out to be a fantastic discovery. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. While the appetizer selection is currently small, everything we tried was delicious and very reasonably priced. We were especially impressed with the quality of the wines, most of which were from Washington. Every pour we sampled was enjoyable and well curated. Kim, the owner, made the experience exceptional. She took the time to understand our preferences and guided us to wines that matched our taste profiles perfectly. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the wines she shares are contagious, you can tell this is a true passion. For clarity on my ratings: this is absolutely a 5-star overall experience. I rated food and atmosphere at 4 stars only because exciting upgrades are already in the works. Kim shared plans to expand the snack offerings and to install a cantilevered deck off the back of the building. The future views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier are going to be incredible and will elevate an already wonderful setting into something truly special. Support this local business, it is a memorable experience and an outstanding value.
