100/10 absolutely will be buying from AFW again! The delivery process was an absolute cake walk! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! I got a couch and a table and they set it up within 5 minutes!! In and out! And the furniture is COMFORTABLE!! Thank you American Furniture Warehouse for such a simple and easy process!! Tim and his other partner for set up were so professional and like I said they were in and out!! Everything set up.. I’m amazed!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our purchase from AFW—from visiting the showroom, to placing our order online once we were ready and delivery; everything was amazing. We live on a military base that required our drivers to acquire passes and thankfully they were so patient, kind and friendly—Kevin & Quinn are the absolute best! Everything is so comfortable and we can’t wait for our little family to grow up using this couch as an area of peace & happy memories!

Angelo was the best! He helped my wife and I find the right size couch and a bed for our son. He was the only sales person to come up and offer assistance. Ask for Angelo he knows his products inside and out and is very respectful, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and down to earth! He won't put you in something that you're not looking at! Miguel, the delivery driver, and is helper we're also very polite, courteous, professional, and efficient!

Everyone here is so friendly and awesome. They treat everyone the same and give such great attention! I love my new bed that Pedro and Kevin delivered. They could not have been more professional kind and efficient! Dina was amazing in sales and got me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. All three of these employees embody what American Furniture Warehouse is, and my only hope is that they are given the accolades they deserve!

Individual helping in the store was kind and patient while I was deciding. And very fast and efficient when I checked out. Delivery was fabulous. Very nice gentleman that delivered and set up efficiently. Items are perfect. And then explained some features I missed previously. Extremely satisfied.

I recently bought new furniture and had such a great experience working with Kristen. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process fun. She jumped in and offered to move furniture around so we could better envision our space, helped us measure, and shared thoughtful ideas based on what we were looking for. The showroom has a huge selection of quality furniture at great prices, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, and delivery was quick and professional. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
