Stopped in for a quick bite on a weeknight. Crown and Anchor is the definition of cozy. I can imagine during football matches it gets pretty wild, but on this evening there were a handful of people, families, older gents, all just having a nice meal. I only tried the Toad in a Hole, but it was exactly what it should have been. Simple, rich, filling, comforting. The rest of the menu, particularly the traditional English fare, looked excellent as well and I look forward to returning. The staff were very friendly, and the interior was warm and inviting, featuring leather booths and dense wall decor. Overall, a fantastic spot to grab a pint and some food that doesn't pretend to be anything it's not and absolutely hits the spot.

The food was amazing! My friend had Bangers and Mash, which is sausage balls, and and a hard-boiled egg. It was really good, very tasty. We both had Fish & Chips. The pieces of fish are very large and fulfilling. The fries were ok. I had asked for mine to be "crispy", but they weren't. The fish came with house-made tartar sauce. 2 Giant Coke Cola glasses filled with iced tea. I also had a Bavarian Pretzel with spicy cheese. It was very good. There was tons of food, for great price points. We did not have room for dessert. We will have to go back. The dinning area was homey and comfy. Big booths, and tables. There was an outside seating area, and a bar. Free parking. The restroom was a little dated looking, and clean, very suitable. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. I gave the food 4 stars because the fries were not to our liking, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The service definitely rated 5 stars. They have a full bar, not just beer and wine. We didn't see any patrons with young children, and we did not notice if there were high chairs for little people. You may want to call the restaurant if you are thinking of bringing young children. If you like British food, this is the place to come. You'll be happy to eat here at the Crown and Anchor.

The bartenders are awesome! Drinks rock...the Long Island my favorite. SHOUT OUT TO COURTNEY AND HOLLI BUT HOLLI NOT THERE ANYMORE. COURTNEY IS STILL THERE AND ROCKS THE HOUSE!

Had higher expectations from this place ngl. Food was mid. The sausage was dead on but everything else was not as I’ve been to England 2 times and stayed there a total of 5-6 months this was not accurate specially the English bacon was literally flavorless pork chop basically 😂my English husband said the fish & chips was eh. So that’s the situation I think they can do way better I have their little patio section but that’s about it.

We had a nice family dinner and they took us with a reservation of 8, no problem. The food was delicious, their pretzels and queso was amazing! They have a nice draft selection. They are a restaurant and a pub, two separate entrances. Great place to catch a game and eat with friends and family!

Great spot to grab some British grub - huge menu of options, not all of which are British so should suit everyone. Service was excellent, and a fun interior too. Our group had toad in the hole, banger sandwich, Cobb salad, fish and chips, bangers and mash - all were tasty!

Excellent British food and amazing drinks served by a friendly, professional staff in pleasant surroundings. What more could you ask for! My son says the Crown and Anchor is his new favorite restaurant, and I tend to agree with him;) I had the Shepard's Pie on my first visit, which I really enjoyed. However, I especially enjoyed the Toad in the Hole I had the following weekend even more. The Bloody Mary they make is second to none, and always gets the weekend off to a great start! UPDATE: I have had the Full English Breakfast my last few visits. It is exceptional! Thanks Crown and Anchor!
