Love my LBGTQ+ I have but one gripe, the selection of music! Please, Please play stuff to dance to. If people wanna stand up on the dance floor and sing along with Top 40, we'd hit a karaoke bar. It used to be sooooo so so awesome here, now it jus awe..

The security guard stole my phone from my bag and then taunted me that I should "pay more attention to my bag". Meanwhile it was a quiet evening with no one near me except for my friends and the SECURITY GUARD whose job it is to… monitor the crowd? Ensure safety? Why would I be worried about my bag in that scenario. Truly bizarre. We left immediately. Will not return.

This is specifically for karaoke night. The host was rude when it came to a miscommunication. I was outside in the patio area taking a smoke break while we waited for the other person to sing, and when we came in I was next. I was literally by the stage saying it’s me while they exclaimed that I didn’t show. When I tried to show that it is me, the so called host said,"we’re over that" fluttered their "eyelashes" and went on to the next. They could’ve handled it more professionally, or encouraged to submit a request again since we missed it this time.

Karaoke night host was unprofessional when it came to communicating with their guest. Specially the host dIvA. No need for an attitude when there was a clear miscommunication and when the person who was up next was RIGHT THERE.

Great show. Rude bouncers wouldn't let me park my bike in the lot reserved for customers. They said it's for porta potty?

Went to the show last night and was having a decent time but as I was trying to relax there was some creepy person that was touching the back of my neck and shoulder. And it made my night super uncomfortable. As a first time going out to a gay bar i felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole night. It doesn't feel like a safe place to go as a trans fem. As a first pride event I ever went to this really killed any motivation to want to go to another.

Couple of my things went missing. I had left my phone and black jacket at the bar Wednesday night. I came back when the bar opened at noon. Bartender said nothing was turned in so I left. Once home, i was able to ping my phone and track it online. My phone was not at the bar but instead at another location address ( will disclose to management/owner). Since I live an hr away from the bar and then it being around 6pm I decided to wait for today to go back to retrieve my phone. This morning at 7am when I went to check the location of my phone, the phone pinged back at the ibts bar. What a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!. I went back to the bar this morning and there and behold ONLY after I pinged my phone inside the bar, my phone was given to me. I sure HOPE my jacket appears miraculously as my phone did. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it doesnt seem coincidental. If you still have my jacket mail it back so I can delete this post. Thank you.
