Burlington

I asked Lashel and Christina questions (I couldn’t find something for my kitchen) but all they did was say "they don’t know" and continued talking with each other. Then I tried to ask for a different item and they just ignored me. I ended up finding another worker (I forgot her name I believe her name was Lilana she had dark hair and was short.) She was so sweet and ended up helping finding my items. Didn’t feel like I was being ignored and I really appreciated her help. She even helped me find some other cute things that match my decor. I really hope management reads this and reteaches their employees on customer service. I worked in retail for a while and always trained everyone that customer service should be top priority. Hopefully this review will show a great teaching opportunity.

Customer service is good but of all the Burlingtonsnive been to, and it's been many over the years... this one seems more poorly run. And if you see their chocolate,don't but it. Trust me

This is me and my girlfriend's home away from home... we love it here... you can find any and everything here.... super great staff and its nice a clean.... all the employees know me and my girlfriend because we come here so often.... love the place and the prices are always great.... there's no place like Burlington i can bet you that...

Store is great and everything but caught one of the security guards slacking on his phone while literally a kid around the corner from him had opened a package of candy and was eating it there. Second of all sometimes there's not enough cashiers. Also please hire more professional looking people some people look like they have 0 experience

Came to the store sign says open at 8:00 am but it’s 9:00 am and the store is not open. They need to update there hours if they are not going to be open on time

These people were very rude to me especially the manager she asked me to step out of the store because my dog was not a service dog & then she proceeded to arguing with me. These employees are extremely rude

Security letting you in at the door is ridiculous. This store is not a top notch store to be doing all that ridiculous shit
