Cinemark Tulsa and IMAX

They were showing Tpot from Battle for Dream Island so the kids got to see that! Love this theatre as it has everything. A restaurant, amazing snacks, adukt drinks if you wish and their staff was super nice! Love the reclining seats with warmer 😍

Whoever was the manager on 1-17-26 at 2pm you were one of the nicest managers ive ever spoken with. Ill start by saying ive lived in tulsa for 3 years now and haven't ever had a problem seeing a movie. Today was my first bad time. Went to see lord of the rings and two people showed up 45 minutes late and shined their flash lights everywhere. Then they say down directly next to me and got on their phones, talked, kept fidgeting and moving and the girl got up once, the dude got up, then the girl again, all within 20 minutes. I couldn't handle the rude obnoxious behavior and left and asked if it was possible to refund my tickets for the next day as I thought I had stayed too long for a refund on that days movie. The manager offered to talk to the guests but I knew that rarely works, offered me a seat change but d box was sold-out, then offered me a refund and free movie ticket. He apologized over and over, was incredibly kind and super great over all. So was the young guy who helped me before the manager came out. Incredible staff and the theater itself is amazing, just had my time ruined by some degenerates.

Concessions consistently have really poor customer service. I've had two separate incidents and I won't be coming back. Tried ordering concessions ahead of time once and it wasn't ready when it said it would be. Had to keep pressuring the workers to finally get it. What's the point of ordering ahead of time? So this last time, we waited in line and ordered. They said they would bring out an item for us to the theater which is fine I guess but IT NEVER CAME out. I checked during the beginning credits to make sure I was still getting the item. They said they were bringing it to the theater again. Never saw it. The movies and seats are just fine but the customer service for the snacks is just unacceptable.

First time at Cinemax in Tulsa and we were seriously impressed! The screen is huge, the movie quality was great, and the seats were next-level comfortable. Heated seats? Yes please. 🙌 We tried the red seats (fancy!), but honestly the black ones are perfect and super family-friendly too. Popcorn was on point, the staff was friendly and helpful, and overall the experience was smooth and easy. The only thing I would change is having refills on the large icees like back home. We’ll definitely be back — this just became one of our go-to theaters!

The cost of popcorn and 2 drinks is kind of much tbh..and well any of the food really..$60 for 2 #2s(2 drinks and a popcorn and candy/snack each) really quite ridiculous..however we got the D-box seats and they were pretty cool. Kids loved them..only thing I would say is that maybe have the heated seat be heated in more than one spot..

Planned ahead and ordered our food at least ten days in advance. We skipped dinner on purpose as we were planning on eating dinner at the theater. We arrive to find that they were out of all of the food items we ordered. This is the sSECOND time and the second Cinemark location that this has happened at in less than a month. Does Cinemark ever stock up on concession staples? Yes, there was a refund. However, this is the second movie that has been ruined by a food order that was not filled. Do not go planning on an empty stomach. Even if you place your order well in advance, you run the risk of being let down. Perhaps in the future, they could let folks know their food order has been canceled BEFORE they get to the theater.

We had an issue with our seats and Nixon was very helpful. The seats are also heated, which is a nice touch. Overall, felt cleaner than other local cinemas.
